Quick note, Topolino's Terrace for breakfast was a big hit with my kids and wife. While the price is a bit steep what isn't always clear is that you can order MULTIPLE items off the menu, you don't just have to pick ONE! At least that was the case June of '21.
how did you get a reservation? I've heard it's very difficult
Up at 5am EST first day reservations were available. Was literally the second day after they lifted mask restrictions too so we lucked out.
Yes this is correct. You can order everything on the menu if you want. Not a bad deal considering how delicious the breakfast is and the characters too.
This!!! We just had breakfast there recently and the waiter never mentioned we could get more than one thing off the menu. We asked and he brought out a few more entrees but it was super disappointing how unclear this was to us. The food and atmosphere were excellent!
Wait can you explain? You pay a certain price and then you have access to the whole menu?
Garden grill is the best breakfast!!! Bring it back Disney!!!
I must say the breakfast at Cinderella's Castle that we did last month was quite enjoyable. Cinderella was taking pictures with everyone on the first floor and the food was delicious and plenty. We also liked the smaller setting as opposed to the ginormous dining room(s) at Beast's Castle. We will definitely do this again on our next trip!
I can not begin to describe how much help these videos helped me on my first time being the one to plan the Disney trip!

I thought Ohana couldn't be outdone, but then we tried Boma this past week! The buffet was so expansive, and they were so good with our families' allergies!
The grilled tomatoes were the cherry on top for me!!

Dine early before the masses arrive.
That way it’s a lot quieter so there’s no queues while getting your food..
Tip 2/ Don’t stand in a queue waiting at the hot bars if you want fruit/breads walk past..
Tip 3/ The POG juice is awesome..

After eating breakfast at WDW many times over the past 3 decades, I can honestly say that you can have an enjoyable, delicious breakfast just about anywhere on property, at just about any price point. You don't have to spend a bunch of money to have a good meal. Breakfast is pretty straightforward. We enjoyed our eggs, bacon, fruit, pancakes and waffles at Crystal Palace, but we also enjoyed the SAME quality food at the Pop Century food court the day before for half the price. Granted, there are some dishes and drinks you may only experience at higher end hotel restaurants, but the park breakfast foods are pretty much the same as the value resorts.
Cape may cafe was by far the best. Steakhouse 71 was our close second . Kids, millennials & my dad who is gen X loveddddd these 2
Our favorite breakfast is Garden Grill in Epcot. They finally brought it back. It’s about time.

Finally heading back for the first time since 2018. Staying off site for the first time so it will feel different. Still excited to see all the changes.
We did Tusker House character breakfast on our last trip (Dec 2021) and loved it. The Durban chicken was a big hit with the adults, while the kids loved the Simba waffles and safari bread. Great interactions with the characters for the kids. And we had a fantastic server-we asked for more mixed fruit as our special needs son loves strawberries and had eaten them all, but she brought out a huge bowl of JUST strawberries for him. CMs are the best.
The plant based option at Ale and Compass pre-Covid was surprisingly good. It's honestly a really underrated sit-down option for all meals.
Gaston’s Cinnamon Roll is one my favorite things to eat at Disney. My top places I want try on my next trip are Joffrey’s, Tatorria Al Forna for the character breakfast and Kona Cafe.
One of my favorite places to have breakfast was Les Halles, at Epcot. The macaron was amazing!! 😍🤤

Breakfast aboard the Halcyon at the Galactic Starcruiser was super good, colorful & creative. I loved the Meteor egg.

I would love a video on all the places to get coffee in all the parks and hotels! And the best places. Yes there is Starbucks, but what else is there? And where? Love the vids! They’ve helped me plan my honeymoon!

My favorite breakfast EVER was at Chef Mickey's, the buffet on the main level at the Contemporary Resort. The cheesy potatoes were to die for! I know that DFBGuide doesn't care for Chef Mickey's. I know it is loud, usually crowded, and not a place for a nice, relaxed, dining experience. But I love it! The other tables are normally occupied by families with kids. They are often running around, there's a lot of squealing over the characters, and plenty of parents trying to corral them, sometimes unsuccessfully. All of that is true, but I love watching the kids having the time of their lives. Plus the food on the buffet is actually REALLY good. Adults can get mimosas. I don't care for them, but they're there.

I went to the cape may cafe breakfast in August when I was staying at beach club and it was one of my favorite breakfasts out of the hotels. The atmosphere was so nice and relaxing and the food was so good. I loved the crepes and cheddar biscuits. We loved it so much we went back a second time on our trip
Cape May is the best breakfast both for food and value

A couple of peanut butter sandwiches. You get instant energy from the jelly and some long lasting energy from peanut butter. Maybe a little bit of milk but not too much cuz it can easily make it feel heavy. If you don’t want that then just drink water.
You have the right idea. A lot of people think that Disney food is so wonderful. I hate to tell everybody a lot of it comes in plastic bags that they just rip, open and pour into chafing dishes loaded with salt and preservatives
@@mebluewater yup. But you know cakes in a plastic bag that they serve that’s still REALLY GOOD (in my opinion)? The Orange Dole Whip!! lol

For our family of 4, now 2: Whispering Canyon, Chef Mickey, Kona Cafe, Crystal Palace, Tusker House, Akershus, La Creperie, And of course, Beignet All Day at Port Orleans French Quarter
The suggestion to go to Topolino's Terrace if you can't handle Chef Mickey's is terrible advice. TT (like Cinderella's Royal Table is a ridiculous ripoff. Just go downstairs in the Contemporary and go to Steakhouse 71. There, you can get a much higher quality a la carte breakfast without the noise and crowds, and pay a lot less than you would at a character meal.
Another option (if and when it ever reopens) is the character breakfast at 1900 Park Fare, if you must have a character buffet. It has always been good, and is similar to the breakfast buffet at Cape May Cafe.

Best breakfast: quick bite from breakfast I brought from home so we can get to the park quickly. (We also had Gideon’s cookie leftover, but it’s a bit intense in the morning LOL)
Same! We bring snack bars from home for breakfast and then stop for an early lunch before the crowds are hungry. Being GF it’s easier than trying to hunt for options.
Kona Cafe options are still available to go on mobile order with pickup at Kona Island
My favorite breakfast on property used to be The Wave in the Contemporary.
Not sure if it made a comeback or not but the s’mores French toast at woodys lunchbox was divine

I loved the omelettes from the Caribbean Beach resort, had one everyday on our last trip! My wife got the avocado toast, yes we are millennials lol! My daughters loved their Mikey waffles!
Missing both Crystal Palace and Garden Grills breakfasts. I’m not understanding why they haven’t brought them back yet. I would much rather one of these then Hollywood Studios Vine and Dine. I hope they bring them back soon!
I almost want to cry 😢 I was MOST excited for the character breakfast at Ohana… we head home on the 26th. The DAY BEFORE the character dining comes back to Ohana.

I am surprised Trattoria Al Forno at Boardwalk Resort was not on the list. The food is always excellent and close proximity to skyliner and back entrance to Epcot.

Is there a video for moderate and value resort breakfasts? Last time I stayed on property when I was a kid I was in love with the breakfast pizza. Just can’t remember where we stayed lol
I recommend, if you want to save money, go to a hotel buffet. This will fill you up for the day. Have a quick service dinner and you are set

We ate breakfast at Steakhouse 71 last May and the food was terrible. 😝 Glad you had a positive experience. We will skip breakfast at Steakhouse in future.

Our top picks for breakfast def include a couple of your reccos' (with Sleepy Hollow and Boma taking a couple of those spots), but missing a couple of our family staples. Would absolutely include Kona Cafe for the macadamia nut pancakes, The Crystal Palace in MK for the breakfast lasagna, and the Croque madame at RR Primo Piatto is bangin…not to mention they have cocktails around the corner at Bar Riva. Appreciate the list!

Topolino’s terrace would be great if it was available. For our trip end of September I couldn’t find a single breakfast availability at 60+ days out.
Try again when you're in orlando...let's say if you want to go on a Tuesday, go on the app on Monday and you might get lucky and find a spot for Tuesday...many people cancel their reservation a day before.
@@scorpio2330 yes, I snagged a reservation for 4 by constantly checking closer to the date. MouseDining email alerts might help, too. I also went to the front desk the evening before and spoke with concierge. A little Disney magic later, and they were able to accommodate one more guest for a party total of 5!
We found the food at Steakhouse 71 quite underwhelming, particularly breakfast. We have experienced Disneyland's [now closed] Steakhouse 55 a few times and, by comparison, Steakhouse 71 is a disappointment. We won't be returning any time soon. 😝
I took my father there for his birthday on May 5th, 2022. We got so sick an hour after eating there. Everyone in our party was puking. Never again. Will I eat there

Raglan Road weekend brunch is hearty & delicious. They also serve breakfast mornings Monday through Friday.

I so don’t understand the hot takes on Chef Mickey’s. Like, it’s character dining. Chaos?? I’m so confused. It’s the same as any other character dining, if not better than some. Ohana includes a parade with instruments! Who is looking for a quiet, upscale character breakfast?
