Hi there AppleIc. Is this the 500 w Volt.? If so what are the 3 speeds..such as the beginning speed 5? Plus the other two? Does it also have a foot kill petal? How has the quality of atv brand lasted? Looking into this one and a few others for my 4 yr old who turns 5 in Nov. For Christmas. How tall is this from seat to feet rest. Is this idea for a kid her age? I'm wanting to order asap. Thanks in advance.
