I love the home but I have to be honest for 2 Mil ? As soon as he said gated community I wouldn't offer 2 dollars. I would be damned if I was that stupid to pay others to tell me I can not change the oil in my car and that I need to cut the grass or no I can not paint my house blue. I will never understand why anyone would want to live and pay to live in a gated community. I would much rather pay for a few bullets and take care of any problem then to pay others to tell me I can and can not do something on a home I own.
