I spent 2 years working on this house, I am a finish Carpenter. I worked for the contractor, 4x4 construction. a few things changed. John Heyward the superintendant for the site is an incredible builder. every tiny immaculate detail is because of him. I worked with him on a project prior to this house, before he went to work for 4x4. He is best builder I have ever worked for in 30 years of Carpentry. I'll always remember the Rancho Del Mar Trail house.. I have loads of pics of the construction process too.... the room with the giant fireplace was our workshop while building this place.

If so, you had probably noticed that over time, it adjusts to being a norm to you and you just believe you need a better car. It’s the same thing that happens to most people who buy the iPhone. You buy the newest one and think it’s great until you see the next model, that was released that is completely waterproof and many other new features. That’s just the way us humans work. I bet that if you bought this house, you’d probably have so much money that it meant not nearly as much to you as you’d think and it’d start to mean less and less over time. Just the way our brains work.
Looking back @ this, it looks OLD! Dark Interior, Old-fashioned Kitchen, unnecessarily large Master’s bedroom. The only part still good is the Lagoon Pool!

I like to read comments just to see/try to understand peoples mindset. So often I read comments such as the ones written by people whose minds are stuck in the 'matrix', it's rather sad. I wish people did not have such a defeatist attitude. The Piscean age, (Fish God's reign) is coming to an end, I agree that this Is the beginning of the New Golden Age the age of Aquarius! It will take time however, the latter cannot be stopped.
Something that some people might have missed is that the countertops in the master bathroom were lit up from underneath. That's a fantastic feature if you want to go to the bathroom at night but don't want the overhead lights on hurting your eyes. Personally, I love it.

But to me the yard seems a bit small for $16.9 million. It's hard to complain about the rest of it though. I still think it is over priced though. $10 million makes more sense for that. But who knows? Maybe that part of Del Mar really does sell for that much?

Delmar is a lovely area. That's just one home of many that are beautiful. To be honest San Diego county is huge. You can go from San ysidro to lacosta and find many many enormous homes.
The whole master suite is mind blowing....
From all the houses I viewed, this is with the most warm feeling inside.
