I'm 54, a music freak and I've been to hundreds of concerts. In 2022, after several cancellations, Larkin Poe finally came to Vienna and I was there with a friend. this was one of the best concerts, the energy and musical quality of the two sisters Rebecca and Megan Lovell is fantastic.
The most celebrated sister duo in Blues and current popular music continue to escalate beyond greatness. Simply can’t get enough of their wholesome vibe of positivity and love! ☮️ ❤️ 🎸
God I adore these girls! They only came into my life this year and really I’m more of a metal head but love Southern Rock massively too. Rebecca’s voice can actually move me to tears - it’s so simple and straightforward in these over- singing times but truly clever too, as are gorgeous Megan’s harmonies. Beauty, sass, class and balls, too. What the fuck is not to like… no, adore?!
I need to mention the very good production of Tyyler Briant and LP, there is a lot of open space between the notes that makes the music sound so widescreen-alike. You never get tired to listen to it even 10 times in a row...together with the fuzzy hardrock-sound of Bad Spell they already set a wide range for the album on 11/11 (which by coincident always was my favourite number)
I agree, it'd have been easy to wall-of-sound this kind of music and with their great voices and musicianship that would have been a mistake. Production is great.

I grew up singing four-part harmony in wonderful jam sessions with family members, including my mother, who passed away last year. She was a kick-ass alto who could improvise that juicy middle line outta the air like it was easy peasy. That hole is just never gonna be filled quite the same ever again. Fly free, Mom, kick butt in that angel choir. I'll think of you every time I listen to this song, which will be a LOT. ✨❤✨
I like this style of clip production, in slowmotion, the band had to play the backing track twice as fast as the original track to be slowed down in post production, simple but still surprising !

I just watched the Georgia Mind ~ 'fk thingy' in 4K resolution. I must say it is so difficult to pull off anything resembling natural in a 4K video, but you all are amazingly efficient at the task. -i thought it was some ole stuff u guys dregged up, at first, but then realized it was more than a fresh coat of paint on an awesome old dixietruk parked in a gorgeous field on an otherwise beautiful day..
