Thanks! most videos about soundproofing are extensive on the build and lack in testing so basically you don't have any way to proof if the building techniques shown work or not. Not the case here!, this worked quite well.

I would love one of these rooms. When I finally got the chance to buy a kit to learn Boris told us all to stay at home. My cats are "sensitive" and hate loud noise so I can't even try and play without stressing them out so I have essentially purchased what has become an ornamental kit. Unfortunately, we don't have the space for an external building so I might have to invest in an electronic kit. These rooms are the dream though, it would be epic to have a space to make noise without upsetting anyone else.

I'm blown away by the results you get. Not sure where you are based/what area you cover. Would be interested to know rough costs for a room that I could use as a recording space, with two rooms - control room and live room - is that something you could do? I see a lot of insulated shed type builds focus on cold bridges and condensation by making the inner room highly vapour sealed keeping moisture away from the colder timber and sheeting.
I didn't see any mention of what you are doing to prevent condensation on the timber walls and ceiling.

There is a fan system which regulates airflow into the room. The fan externally draws out 285m3 of air per hour. The passive vent draws the air through at the same rate.
This helps with an moisture in the room and keeps a supply of fresh air internally.
