I feel like this track was made to make Val look as good as possible: Many boost pads to keep her nitro up and many hazards that help her during her tap unique.
There's also a really good shortcut on the first track, where when you jump into the snow section you can completely skip the left path and grind rail, and just land in the right side of the track. Very handy little cut and I love it
if you drift over jump pads, to cross those gaps between the roads, you gain way less air so you keep more speed and you already turn so landing and drifting is way easier, works on any map. For example, toon village on the sideways bridge after the grind pipe, if you steer to the right real harsh, hit the boost panels as low as possible and keep drifting while performing a jump boost you gain like a second and you can perfectly line up a tight drift for the next grind pipe.
Funny thing about the last variant of the track is I remember thinking I was approaching the end and then it said "Final Lap" I looked up and saw I only did 1 lap. Most races 2 lap and 3 lap tend to be around 2 minutes total. This is like 2 minutes a lap almost.
I didn't see a single shortcut shown. This is more like "how to drive through the tracks".

One thing that would help you at the gumball section is if you use Vanellope’s normal special and hit the gumballs, they give you a speed boost
