Hi both we do babe some fabulous things like this here in Wales ! 🏴This looks like a really good thing to do especially at this time of year. The caves and tunnels look magical and it all looks so atmospheric 😃👍~ Anna
Enjoyed the visit Rachel and Will's. Since we don't take a lot of cash along with us in our travels either, we'd have to Bang our Heads in frustration to relieve the stress about not being able to buy anything! Interesting to hear the various stories of King Arthur and Merlin. Loved the cave boat explore! Wait. Most of the legends aren't real? Next thing you'll tell us there really aren't and Cyclops either! But we'll have to wait for your next trip to Greece for that! Looks like a fun day!
Love your storytelling of King Arthur. There is no way the original story could be better. The boat ride into the cave looked like a lot of fun. All in all, a great value!
I think my whole class in Medieval History would have been sitting on the edge of our desks if you had been there telling this tale...instead of the slideshow presentation at that time!! lol Indeed, stories do get embellished over time, but that sometimes makes them plenty more fun to tell. You are both stars to us! Bruce and Otis
Wow, I did not know this place existed. I love seeing somewhere new that had not hit my radar. Brilliant vlog, beautiful place, The caves look amazing and sounds like its value for money. thank you. All the best, Webby 👍🏻
Thanks so much. We’d seen leaflets when we’d been down Barmouth way. This was the perfect day to give it a try! Cheers for watching, it’s highly recommended. 🍻
The King Arthur Labyrinth looked like a fabulous experience, and a great way to learn some history! And if not interested in history the lights made the caves looked pretty and mysterious.
Early morning, miserable weather outside ( Welsh style) and what a treat to watch this. Loved the story Rachel. The Welsh Rarebit made my mouth water. I'll put the cave on my to do list. Must always have a to do list. Thanks for this great video. Will's, the jokes..... I gather Rachel loves them! 🤣! Have an awesome week. 🤣👌🇳🇱🙋♀🇳🇿🎄
It’s the same here Anita and very cold! That was the story as I understood it!! The Welsh rarebit was every bit as good as it looked. The tour was excellent and I don’t love Wills jokes!! Since we’ve had the channel I have to listen to less as he has an outlet for them now, just as I have one for my inner monologue!!! Cheers 🍻
Good place to avoid the rain. Old Arthur had a jolly old time by rhe sound of it. Good job the red dragon won as it looked much nicer than the other one. The underground river looked really fun the waterfall lit up was spectacular. Thanks for sharing we enjoyed the tour very much definitely looked worth it. Thanks for sharing, best wishes Dave and Dawn ❤
It looks a very nice day out, quite a drive though 😮. A lovely presentation and wonderful story telling Rachel 😊👏. I love the choice of Jean Claude Dash Cam 😅, proper funny😂. Like deployed 👍
wales does have some great scenary and history! the labrynth looks super cool i love those rides in the dark that tell a story! looks like a great time will defintley have to visit! :)
Chocolate Sheep? Ive seen it all now. Pity about the card machine.Ah beautiful cats ❤ great re telling of King Arthur Rach! I think they ran the same storyline on Eastenders when I used to watch it back in the day. Lovely cave entrance. Beautifully lit caves, the waterfall was magic. Well worth the money! Lovely festive star! Yay Dasher! Jean-Claude! 🍻
Cheers guys. It was a top day out chocolate sheep and all. Def easier to tell a story when you have props for sure! Maybe Arthur did return from Avalon and end up in eastenders (get out of my pub!) sorry that’s the only eastenders thing I know!! Cheers for watching guys 🍻
Hi and welcome to the channel. We’ve never been to Australia, it’s on the bucket list for one day though. Thank you for watching and we’re glad you enjoyed it. We’ll be across to check out your channel. Cheers 🍻
The cavern looks spectacular- really atmospheric and a great story- I never knew that about the red dragon! You learn something new every day. Great vlog as always guys! Rachel & David ❤
Thank you so much. I’m sure there are many legends as to why we have a red dragon, but I did like this one. It’s a great day out, highly recommended. Cheers 🍻
Mmmm....gin and Chocolate!!! Yummm Very nice craft store!!! What??? Card machine broken??? What is Cash????🤣😂🤣 Like your version of King Arthur too!!! Boo to all the boring tale tellers!😂 Like all the fighty fighty!!! 😊 Wow!!! Real cave exploring....even need hardhats!😮 So cool...now I know about the Red Dragon!👍 Seriously enjoyed the story telling, especially with all the visuals!!!👏 EXCALIBUR!😂 Things are a bit busy with us again, so we apologize for being behind on your vids and on YT!!! Hopefully after the Holidays, we'll be on track again!!! Thanks, guys and we hope Everything is well!!! Happy Holidays!!! 😁🤙👊
No worries at all! We’re glad you enjoyed it. Yep, no card machine that day! It was a really fun tour and we enjoyed all the stories (especially the waterfall!!). Cheers for watching and have a lovely Christmas 🍻
What a fun day! Don’t think I’ve really know the story of King Arthur…very interesting and loved the cave tour. Funny Wills! Another great video guys! ~ Cara 😊
Thanks guys. It was a really fun day out. If you like British humour, check out Monty pythons ‘the holy grail’ - plenty of Arthur in that. Cheers for watching 🍻
Ooh this was brilliant guys! We watched on a very wet and miserable Sunday afternoon, but just catching up on commenting (just so you know, it tips it down in England too it seems😂 🌧). What a fun day out, we would definitely like to visit on a wet day. The tunnels were pretty magical 🤩. Omg your story of king Arthur had us in stitches, they need to get you guys at this venue as tour guides ASAP, they would make a fortune!! 😂😂. Ooh i loved that little wax burner Rach, shame you didn't get to take it home, an excuse to go back though and visit those mines too👍. Mmm food looked delicious, can you believe i had to explain to Pete what was in a Welsh Rarebit?! Heathen!😱😄🧀🍞. Wow a 70 hour week Wills? That's rough, hope things settle down for you both soon, and of course you get some time for more Wackey adventures for our viewing pleasure!😊. Have a fab weekend guys, Shell and Pete 😊👊👍
Pete has never heard of Welsh Rarebit!!!! Shame on him!! Thanks for watching guys, it’s definitely worth a visit when you’re out that way. Wills show is now open so he’s now working from home for a few days, yep the 70 hour week was brutal, but is now done! We can’t wait to get out there for some more adventures, we’re having to stay very close to home at the moment. Cheers for watching and have a great weekend. 🍻
Ha! Simple things and small minds, with me! I got a bit of a start being named! I am glad you liked my humble suggestion. I hope you and Jean Claude Dash Cam have very many years of happiness together! Merry Christmas, to you both, and all the best for 2024. Sonia, from Scouseland. (Who spent far too much in Home Bargains this week ... and they were all out of stock of that star you have on the wall!)
Thanks so much. Jean Claude dash cam is doing well and is loving life!!! Bad time with home B’s - our local one is staring to look a bit sparse now!! Cheers for watching 🍻
Another smasher! You're helping me get my Welsh fix until our next trip! Love "the weather turned a bit Welsh" I've been saying this for years, in fact my brother is convinced it's always raining in Wales! Nice Star x
Haha thanks. We really enjoyed this and it is a great ring to do if the weather does turn Welsh! Sometimes it doesn't rain but right now it feels like it's rained everyday since September!!! Cheers 🍻
Hi Rach and wills 😊 great retelling of the story of Arthur Rach 😁 the tunnels looked like a lot of fun. Cool underground waterfall, looks so nice with the coloured lights too. Shame about that Welsh weather mind 😅
Hi Rach & Wills, this was a really fun and magical experience! Loved your witty and interesting narration. Nice gift shop and restaurant - I'll take a bottle of gin and a chocolate sheep! 😂❤
I think the Welsh rarebit is your content. A tasty staple covered in a rich gooey cheesey sauce. That makes no damn sense but there you go. I remember making Welsh Rarebit in home economics when I was at school. For the life of me I could never remember what WR was. Today I googled it. The Welsh national dish is a cheese toastie? I do love a good cheese toastie though. You should duck over to Porto in Portugal on one of your 24 hour jaunts and have a Francesinha. Now that is a cheese toastie. Pretty much a heart attack on a plate. Plus they have a port museum where they have help yourself port tasting and... nope, can't remember much after that. The cavern jaunt looked pretty cool. What did they mine there before mining Arthurian legend?
It was most delicious, and something that was not covered in our home ec classes in school in wales (first lesson was coleslaw!!!). The Portuguese versions sounds lush. We’ve been to Porto, but didn’t do the port museum - we did buy a couple of bottles though. It’s now port season too! We must dig it out. Cheers for watching 🍻
We certainly found them in Wales!!! I’ve read many versions of the story though claiming they were Cornish, French - you name it! To us, they’re Welsh and always will be. Cheers for watching 🍻
Hi both we do babe some fabulous things like this here in Wales ! 🏴This looks like a really good thing to do especially at this time of year. The caves and tunnels look magical and it all looks so atmospheric 😃👍~ Anna
It was a really good experience! We’ve seen signs for it many times when Barmouth way. We’re so glad we got to explore it. Cheers for watching 🍻
High quality video.
Nice lighting 😊
Thank you so much x

Hahaha just don’t tell Wills about Santa!!! It was a great tour and well worth it. The waterfall was really magical. Thanks for joining us 🍻
I used to come here as a kid over 20 years ago still looks exactly the same going to have to come back here with my kids
Oh wow. The amount of times we've driven past it and said we must try that. It was really magical. Definitely worth a visit. Cheers for watching 🍻
Love your storytelling of King Arthur. There is no way the original story could be better. The boat ride into the cave looked like a lot of fun. All in all, a great value!
We it’s the sorry as I understood it! Always easier to throw in a few characters along the way. It was a great tour, we loved it. Cheers 🍻
What an awesome tour! Love the back story! I'd say it was definitely worth it.
It certainly was worth it. We had a really great day. Seems so long ago now though! Cheers for watching 🍻
Great. Thanks for sharing ❤

But better!
Plenty to see and do here....any sign of Camelot.
No sign at all! It was a great tour though. Cheers 🍻
Busting a grumpy? Really? I never heard that before. Must be a Wales thing.
Nah - I do like a browse through the urban dictionary now and again! That was my fav this time!
King Arthur and merlyn were welsh dont know why everyone thinks they were English 🙄
