Hey awesome video as always my friend! So it’s funny...So in school I hated history(Hated all history) especially on well famous commanders and or leaders & their cities or civilizations that they were in charge of Haha I just thought that since I was not there..& well before my time, who cares about it haha. But now? I Can’t get enough history esp on all the different civilizations... This game has made me not only read about these commanders and their accomplishments but look at other famous strong commanders & leaders! And there are so many that can be brought to this game still! So how about a video on who you like to see and maybe how they the devs might have their talents or skills and so forth and also who you think the game will bring commander wise..I know there is speculation on the next set of commanders going around in other videos...But I trust your brain and insight a little more than the other 3 or so I follow lol So as always keep doing what you do! & what you do is rock my friend!
6:06: Please explain this alternative build again. You say "in this instance", do you mean for multiple armies (specifically--since you show the build after discussing the Sun Tzu pairing) or for blow-for-blow fighting in general? Thank you for this video.
Good day fellow chisgule, tis I, CalvarySly, I'm in your kingdom area on my alt acccount/farm account and so far I'm liking it in your kingdom area
I'm primarily going for barbarian destruction personally. I try not to attack people unless they deserve it and I dont want to start a war between the alliance I'm in and another one. I'm looking at barbarian troops, Sanctums, camps, etc. But I'm also looking to be able to take forts and also passes when nessesary. Is it best to have a seige factor for taking forts and passes? I'm about a week and a half into the game and I dont have many commanders. Right now for barbarians, I'm using Belsarius and Minamoto both built to pretty much just wipe barbarians out. Belsarius is at 21 and Minamoto at 22. I also have a Lancelot and a level 12 Cao Cao. I'm trying to make sure that I'm effective in Sunrise Canyon aswell and I primarily use infantry and calvalry there. I know my infantry needs a lot of work and I'm working at setting up an archer
I Bought Minamoto right off the hop and right now I'm using him secondary to Pelagius. I also have a weak Cao Cao that I'm using secondary to Belisarius. I use Sun Tzu Primary with Joan.

Can you go in further and reccomended 3 or 4 completely different cav pairs that would work. in your best three, you mentioned pelagius in all. im going with pela/osman, baibars/tzu. also have mina/cc. khan and sal are not close to ready yet. so if you can, please give me 1 or 2 more completely different cav pairings for openfield. so thst i can have 4 marches. thankyou!!
Been doing some tests Pela/Beli is insane open field. The damage was impressive for an epic cav pairing. Using Pela/Bai in sunset though for aoe because committed my sun to inf

F2p newbie here. Been using bel/lancelot for pure speed, just to send my calvary out to find and merc miners and run away before a response happens. Now i will swap lancelot with baibars
Bel lancelot is very good to kill gatherers in ark of osiris aswell.
I have a question, i watch other RoK video and some say for f2p it would be better for them to go for infantry rather than cavalry. Now i have pick Spain as my civilization that make me go to cav. Should I change to focus on infantry and change civilization too?
F2p must go cavarly so they can choose when they fight. If you go infantry you will be so slow that everyone will just surround and wreck you.

Yes epic/legandary is good
Mfkn Hussle an active f2p should be able to max a legendary at an average of 1 every 250 days ish. This becomes much higher if your able to get vip 12 as a f2p

Sifat Siam Some people tend to say Spain or some gathering civilisation for f2p, at least at the very start. Personally I disagree with that though, I’d recommended Germany as you’ll be able to get more troops as a f2p with the extra action points. Also the fact the cavalry are the best troop type to focus on for f2p players. As for legendary commander, I’d say ysg overall because he is a good pair with epics and is extremely versatile, for other commanders though it really depends on your stage in the game.
I invested so heavy on Baibar. My first intention was baibar and osman, but getting the sculpture for osman was very hard. I am working on baibar and etherfled. Hope it would work out.

Yo chisgule, i picked china as my starting civ in my alt acc, it means that sun tzu is my stsrting coomander, now i want to focus on cav, is it okay to focus on sun tzu first then focus on the cavalry commander?

I prefer Pela-Osman in canyon. Testing it out in expedition Osman is too much better than baibars for me to pick Baibars' tiny aoe that probably won't hit anyone over Osman as a guaranteed good choice.
Baibars still a beast in canyon though.

Hey Chisgule! Thanks for the video... I just started out in a new kingdom.. I'm using Belisarius and Minamoto as a combo..Belisarius primary and Minamoto secondary..
The whole point is to be fast and smash people....And those two have been doing absolutely that. What do you think about the pairing. Obviously it's a new kingdom, And Moneymoto is not free to play....But it's working for me.
And what is with belisarius ?

If I am in a situation where I have a slow commander (meaning I could end up going blow for blow), I will teleport to bring my city near so that I can run into my city to escape (since I cannot evade combat otherwise). My belisarious is for when I am far away. I will never want to bring a slow commander as F2P if I have no escape (otherwise, death is imminent when you cannot escape and you get gang tackled to death)
He’s that makes a ton of sense keeping in mind that you can’t teleport with marches on the field - you can always dump them into a flag and then tele

It doesn’t stack it extends. Renewing each time adds 30d to the duration

I am a f2p... I will have richard wheel in 4 days.. I saved gems from begining and i have 80k gems for richard wheel... I am planning to do richard wheel and get him to 5511 and then save gems and heads for alex.. I want to focus infantry.. . After alex wheel i will spend gems to vip... I am just gonna summon YSG... . How is my plan??
My recommendation is to get the commander to 5/0/0/0 through the wheel and spend the rest to get to VIP 10/12, ASAP. If you're in for the long run, VIP 10/12 is your best investment of gems.

If expertised, CC is going to be high damage and a solid debuff. Good rage gen and healing too.

Chisgule, please do a Legendary / Epic pairing. F2P can only expertise one legendary in a very very long time. Epic / epic is very early game f2p, legendary/legendary is a p2w thing, an Epic / legendary is just perfect or vice versa.
