I mean like take Henry for example. In every march you look for tankyness ,raw power. So I feel like Henry is good when pairing with other commander that does debuff and have some punch to it too.
Unless Sun Tzu Prime becomes the next Leadership, last year they skipped Leadership in between Boudica Prime & Joan Prime. Its possible the next commander will definitely be a Leadership
I agree with all of these except Henry. I think if you’re running 2 archer marches Henry needs to be on the field. You can run boudica/YSG and Henry/Zhuge and call it a day.
This kind of game takes a lot of thinking and reading and for sometime it will take a toll on your health better be wise when playing games like this limit your game time
Infantry is screwed late game, we need stronger infantry commander. There are 4 infantry commanders on this list including the second strongest one. Commanders get outclassed so quickly now, we can’t bench every commander who is not new.

Hey Omni one scary thing i have a feeling is coming is when they come out with a better version of guan in the future just like what they did with alex & giving us Scipio. But good thing would be you would probably still use Guan & then the "better version of him whoever is it.
I hate to say this: but Lilith needs to introduce a system that will make older commanders stronger (not like the museum) a general universal type scale where you can boost certain stats such as Attack, Health, Defense, March Speed to a certain buff level. And it’ll be cheaper for older commanders but cost way more relic coins for newer commanders. Or being able to upgrade individual skills with a certain amount of universal Gold Heads
March speed is important but not as much depending on what type of kvk, when murderballs are fighting we don’t retreat, people who retreat in and out of battles are trolled so at that point march speed is only important to get to the battle marker, after that march speed is irrelevant
Honestly hot take i want every commander to be useful in some way now it feels like some will just be left in the ditch again and it makes me sad… either they should give us older kingdoms the reset event where you get back everything you invested in the commander or just buff the commanders
I agree. In certain scenarios even the trash commanders should be useful. Whether its based on giving certain commanders more speed, extra skill that works in certain scenarios, stats increase on or off territory, stats increase during Altar/Ruins, stat increase attacking a pass or Lost Temple, etc etc, Stat increase for certain civilizations on certain commanders that match that commander
I think it's still too early to put Henry on caution list. Boudica+Zhuge will be my main archer march. I have expertised YSG and I don't wanna put him on the bench considering his AOE is useful and his skills are amazing, definitely my second archer march but I don't see any better comm to pair with him other than Henry. We just get Zhuge/Dido so I don't think Lilith will debut new archer comm within this one year.
I dont think Guan will be removed unless another commander gives out an AOE silence. People under estimate how meaningful that license to 3 targets gives you. I'd never trade him for Sargon. In a back and forth field fighting meta. Sargon does meeeehh.
I am inclined to agree with you on Guan as a primary. Except if hes primary to Scippy, he just compliments scippy so incredibly well with that silence ability. Like you said sargon does bring a lot to the table but I think at this point its like arguing Iphone vs Android.

I maxed my XY this kvk and have no regrets mate. I put it off for so long i felt obligated to a digital commander to do him justice 😂 Now i run: Nevsky Joan XY william Budica Liang Guan Alex (later Sargon) Scipio Honda Im set for at least 6 months.
That's a great lineup! Yeah I've almost maxed XY multiple times and I really want him but at this point I think I'll wait to see what the next cavs are before I do

I would put Guan in the caution tier. He is going to have his place for a while but when new infantry comes he will be outpaced. You will still probably use him in some cases though. He also has a lot of great pairing. Scipio prime, Sargon, Tariq.
We still not sure about new inf commanders they may be worse actually we just don't know however just to be safe I made him 5232 and stopped and I'm gathering heads for now until the commanders are released then I will see I think that's the safest route
Alex is less of a concern than guan for me… I’m running Guan Sargon and Scipi alex and I’m pretty sure I’ll be benching guan first but it depends. Guan only does one thing and needs a very specific type to pair with to be useful. Alex will be a secondary to any commander with a good active skill and tanky stats Also Alex’s debuff is criminally underrated
I am learning to just hold on to legendary sculptures forever and never use them at all or even go for them now. Because soon if not now you can use a commander for one kvk and next kvk they are replaced or downgraded. You have no clue if they will last anymore. Lmao
One problem, in general is that cav armies are not much faster than archer or inf bc all armies had to protect supplies and carry camping versus when fighting ... when ya fought ya left that blanket and pot at camp
Archer main here. I have Zhuge but still my 1st march is Boudica - Artemisia with refined horn and dagger full iconic legendary set of course. Insane they are just insane. Henry - Zhuge 2nd march. Nebu - Tommy 3rd. All three are field but I can rally and garrison too. Have expertised YSG, Amanitore, Ramses and Gilga. I benched YSG when Zhuge came out. Btw all of them above mentioned are expertised. It's not like I don't agree with what you said in the vid I just think Artemisia and Henry are top choices for 3 march archer mains. Not optimal if you only use 5 field marches though but blasts anyway
I came back to this vid after 4 months, man, after smite damage release, the 7 TOP marches probably wont include Trajan, just 7 DPS marches and we might be running Boud/Artemisia, Zhuge/Nebu Huo/William Nev/Joan Sargon/Liu Guan/Scip AND either Henry/YSG wich probab;ly is the way to go, you can go with XY/Justi OR as a 3rd march for Inf you have to switch things up, so Gorgo/Liu and then Guan/Sargon and then Scip with either Honda Tariq or Mehmed, if you value the silence a lot you maybe should run 3 Inf marches, but I think you should do Henry/YSG AND for Inf Gorgo/Liu and Sargon/Scip so, smite damage might have power crept out Guan, cuz I think Gorgo/Liu is better than Guan in murder ball, but it comes to your preffrence

Cheok for me does better than him in open field.(probably cuz guan is a heavy target). also leo is so slow hes been benched n replaced by double relic martel n that seems to work great.

If you don't just buy every new commander rapidly, and have invested a lot in a say Guan do you get more by putting more effort into him, or starting again with the meta of the week. The new top tier nearly all add capability in tiny increments so itsoften a long time before you will get back where you are. now. Equally , by the time most people expertise a new current meta there will be at least one replacement meta. And at some point all the players falling behind now will gain something from the museum which may or may not restore their capability. Logically it may make more sense to accumulate heads and then go for the next meta . This is relevant for those prepared to spend enough. But most players don't, and most of what turns up on the battlefield let alone in the the canyons , or side games is just not that good, let alone meta.
Guan is a commander that everyone, who is buying them, should be buying from dailies and everyone should be using in the field if they already have him, but no one should be putting universals into. Also like, lets be real; no should have ever been investing into commanders like Henry and Tariq other than rally leads, it was always a bad idea.
32:00 yup as omni said here and even more, pakal harald became a SAFE ENEMY to aoe other enemies nowadays it is actually funny that pakal harald are a main target for me to avoid the full rage swapping of a nevsky or some shit. thing is, if you attack a sargon/scipio or a nevsky/joan or a boudica/ZL and they rage swap to you. You WILL take loads of dmg, 1 skill cycle from those will do more damage than pakal harald would do to you in 20-30 seconds "at least as archer main". So for me as i use ZL/YSG my dmg on selected target is Almost 100% the same as the other 4 targets. So i started using low damage tanks to hit other enemies around them with no risk. I have reports of me hitting pakal harald and doing 60-150k Sevs on enemies around the pakal harald and believe it or not i'd be at less than 5k-8k sevs in thst report because the enemy i am hitting safely can't do skill dmg.
It will ALL come down to museum buff. Guan and XY could stay in the meta with a health buff, XY can also become more of a meta with a dmg factor buff, but i think xy is a later gen than guan , no? .Nebu is less likely to survive with the buff because of his dmg factor. The buff could be for his dmg factor but if it is then he will fall behind YSG in stats Anyway.
Zhuge doesn’t have march speed either but he is really strong. No one is going to bench Zhuge because he lacks march speed. March speed is important but it isn’t going to be the make or break of a great pair. Also Xiang is 25% because of the rage requirements it’s to balance him out. I agree he has no sustain on the field.
@@OmniarchOfficial I watched Chisgule try to 5/1/5/5 guan in an old video and he gave up resetting him before expertising him and I don't have that many skill resets, I could try to get lucky I guess but I thought I was lucky enough getting 5/1/1/5
Omni while i agree with you " as an archer main" i think you and chisgule "and everyone for that matter" you all really have one BIG mistake in your " spending" videos. To put it in simple words, many or most good kds now use a system for MGE where ppl accumlate points and eventually spend them which means the RSS being spent to max MGE commanders are your KD contribution points and the RSS you are using to max non-mge commanders are gems and gold sculptures. Now i would still say Artemesia is not worth it and save your contribution points to everyone BUT it does change everything everyone is saying in videos. So for example i can take 1st spot in MGE 2-3 times AT LEAST currently. That's almost a free henry or art. Can't think of all the perfectly good MGE commanders but you get my point 😅👍

Yup I run Xy/Nevsky XY:5511 Nev:5551 and it gets me a lot of kills of course, you have to be carful with him or else your going to get a full Hospital

Honestly guan isn't as good in 1v1 anymore but he's still great in murder balls in open field, I'll have to keep sticking with my guan

Guan is a commander that everyone, who is buying them, should be buying from dailies and everyone should be using in the field if they already have him, but no one should be putting universals into.
Also like, lets be real; no should have ever been investing into commanders like Henry and Tariq other than rally leads, it was always a bad idea.

32:00 yup as omni said here and even more, pakal harald became a SAFE ENEMY to aoe other enemies nowadays it is actually funny that pakal harald are a main target for me to avoid the full rage swapping of a nevsky or some shit. thing is, if you attack a sargon/scipio or a nevsky/joan or a boudica/ZL and they rage swap to you. You WILL take loads of dmg, 1 skill cycle from those will do more damage than pakal harald would do to you in 20-30 seconds "at least as archer main".
So for me as i use ZL/YSG my dmg on selected target is Almost 100% the same as the other 4 targets. So i started using low damage tanks to hit other enemies around them with no risk.
I have reports of me hitting pakal harald and doing 60-150k Sevs on enemies around the pakal harald and believe it or not i'd be at less than 5k-8k sevs in thst report because the enemy i am hitting safely can't do skill dmg.
It will ALL come down to museum buff. Guan and XY could stay in the meta with a health buff, XY can also become more of a meta with a dmg factor buff, but i think xy is a later gen than guan , no? .Nebu is less likely to survive with the buff because of his dmg factor. The buff could be for his dmg factor but if it is then he will fall behind YSG in stats Anyway.
Xiang should go to red and tariq to Orange i think

Alexander the Great is a good infantry commander in early game👌
Zhuge doesn’t have march speed either but he is really strong. No one is going to bench Zhuge because he lacks march speed. March speed is important but it isn’t going to be the make or break of a great pair. Also Xiang is 25% because of the rage requirements it’s to balance him out. I agree he has no sustain on the field.
Henry should not be on the caution list and I would move nebu and art to caution.
What would you choose for an archer rally if not Henry/ZhugeLiang

Hmmm that's hard to say... if you have any skill reset items you could try to get a 5155 (or close) and that might be your best bet
@@OmniarchOfficial I watched Chisgule try to 5/1/5/5 guan in an old video and he gave up resetting him before expertising him and I don't have that many skill resets, I could try to get lucky I guess but I thought I was lucky enough getting 5/1/1/5
Ask alliance for silver farming flags or next kvk make sure your in every building getting silver then ask them put reset in alliance shop
The thing about Trajan is all the secondary commanders are trash so if they do come out with another one you will be pairing Trajan with him/her 🤓🤓
That will be hard because Lilith decides to release one leadership commander focus on garrison or rally every cycle

Boudica/Zhuge is better because march speed, but Zhuge/YSG is slower with more AoE. I"d pick Boudica/Zhuge

Omni while i agree with you " as an archer main" i think you and chisgule "and everyone for that matter" you all really have one BIG mistake in your " spending" videos.
To put it in simple words, many or most good kds now use a system for MGE where ppl accumlate points and eventually spend them which means the RSS being spent to max MGE commanders are your KD contribution points and the RSS you are using to max non-mge commanders are gems and gold sculptures.
Now i would still say Artemesia is not worth it and save your contribution points to everyone BUT it does change everything everyone is saying in videos.
So for example i can take 1st spot in MGE 2-3 times AT LEAST currently. That's almost a free henry or art.
Can't think of all the perfectly good MGE commanders but you get my point 😅👍
