This is a very good video. It is clear and concise, providing exactly the necessary information and discussing all important aspects in an easy to understand way. The animations are clear and very illustrative details are provided where needed while unnecessary eye candy is omitted. Exceptional on youtube.
You should do a video on the complete electrical system of a vehicle, including battery, starter & solenoid, alternator, and ignition, lights & accessories, what’s powered by the battery vs the alternator, starting vs during operation, etc.
Electronic thermostats are more complex and require more maintenance. A purely thermally operating thermostat keeps the engine in the desired temperature range without the need for electronics.
I am from bangladash🇧🇩🇧🇩 I am following your video Very very nice your video sir I am inspire Me training (driving cum auto mechanics) Love you sir Always see your channel
This is amazing, I appreciate you putting this out for the benefit of all of us learning automotive systems. May I ask what educational background is required to create this type of animations?
This is pretty cool - or hot. Depends which way to see it. Thanks man. The wax remains a mystery in itself. Some say, when it gets lost _somehow_ the thermostat is dead.
What about removing it completely from the engine, especially in hot coastal areas and the type of car is a Suzuki Every Cary 3 Piston? What is your advice, dear sir❤?
These videos are absolutely insane! So crazy that you do the majority of the work alone! I have a question: are these videos finantially sustainable for you and your translator/narrator? Or is this channel just a passion project for you?
Thank you for appreciating the work :) I'm doing the project with pleasure, but initially, I had a plan to generate income from it. Unfortunately, it's not making much money yet. If I manage to make it profitable, I'll immediately expand and look for people to help. There are a lot of plans in store :)
Attention : en français il s’agit d'un CALORSTAT. Un thermostat désignant plutôt un dispositif permettant de maintenir un système (P.E. la cabine) à une température stable.
These thermostates are very sensitive, if such a small part get stuck you can burn the engine in under one minute. I really wonder why the automotive industry still did not found a safer solution for it.
In severe cold weather the heater system will not provide any heat, the water circulates constantly through the radiator. I drove a long trip in negative 35C without thermostat, no winter clothing, suffered horribly.

Great explanation of the thermostat! That's the bit I was struggling with.👌
Not many vids explain the actual operation of the charge cylinder. 👍
I always been amazed of how thermostat open when they heat up, it seem like magic. Thanks for explaining this mystery for me.
best animation and explanation to understand how the thermostat (calorstat) works !
Thanks a lot for that !

Very clear animation. I appreciate your dedication and time spent for this information. Thanks for sharing. 👍
Hello everyone and enjoy the viewing!:)
Lot of tnx For your Outstanding Animation

Love you sir
Always see your channel
Very good / super helpful ! Extraordinary detail !! Thanks !!!

your videos are the best. i hope to see more of them in the future and i hope you go over all aspects of a car and how they functions
Great job, thank you!
I love how AI pronounces Wax as Walks !!
Sounds more like Wox for us non-American speakers.
It's definitely Wox
Superb informative animation boss 👌👌👌
Scientifically correct explanation
well explained👌
感恩了解,謝謝分享!
Thank you for the amazing information.🎉
Thank you for your time and effort amazing video
Super thanks for your great job ❤
Very very informative thank you sir ❤
Love the explanation
Thank you love your videos
great!!!!! Very informative and to the point!
Very Good information.
Nice explanation excellent video!
This is pretty cool - or hot. Depends which way to see it.
Thanks man. The wax remains a mystery in itself. Some say, when it gets lost _somehow_ the thermostat is dead.
please make more videos about cars!!
Make a short video explaining electronic thermostats. coil heats up and allows performance engines etc...
Please, can you do a video explaining the PCV system?
Thanks for sharing
Great video. I didn't know that it shuts the shorter circuit. Is it true for all cars?
Best videos
short and precise
super
I recommend it!
Thank You
Say Wax again? The AI is going to sound like Arnold and easy to spot. Wacks is how it should sound.
nice
Sir please make video on all electrical wiring
Goos Play video ❤❤
What about removing it completely from the engine, especially in hot coastal areas and the type of car is a Suzuki Every Cary 3 Piston? What is your advice, dear sir❤?
Bro which software you use

This of thermostat is simple and lasting. My VW golf GTI is using an electric motor type thermostat and it won’t last more than 2-3 years.
Attention : en français il s’agit d'un CALORSTAT. Un thermostat désignant plutôt un dispositif permettant de maintenir un système (P.E. la cabine) à une température stable.
❤❤❤❤
so, what if we take that away??? apart from taking longer time the warn up, would that cause any other problem?
The engine will not operate at its optimal temperature range. Results in reduced efficiency.
What do turmostate . Cool water or hot water
Oo like that
This guy can't say "wax." He said it was filled with "wox."
Why not?
HAHAHAHAHHAHAAHA
Wox
@@TheConsciousCreatorsyou painfully missed the point. This is not a human speaking it’s a computer.
So what?!
And here I thought woks were only used in Chinese cooking. Interesting to know that they are also used in cars.
Great video presentation and information ❤ thank you for sharing your knowledge and experience 🇵🇭🫡
Wax rhymes with “fax”, not “walks”.
Computer voice?
Nice video!
What is with the miss pronounciation of wax?
the therm "termostatic valve" is'nt more suitable?
These thermostates are very sensitive, if such a small part get stuck you can burn the engine in under one minute. I really wonder why the automotive industry still did not found a safer solution for it.
Maybe because it's a reliable natural system.
🤔
I say wax, you say wox. Lol
Why are electronics always promoted as “ the best system ” ?!!
The computer narrator need a less in Wax pronunciation.
You need one on spelling lesson
@@CARBON10 so my computer generated keyboard is useless
Good information, but get a human to narrate it.
"W-a-x" is "wocks" ??
What happens when a thermostat is not used
The engine will overheat and explode
The engine will work too cool, increasing cylinder wear and fuel consumption.
Also less heat for the cabin, which is needed for cold climates
The engine will run to cool, probably wearing more
In severe cold weather the heater system will not provide any heat, the water circulates constantly through the radiator. I drove a long trip in negative 35C without thermostat, no winter clothing, suffered horribly.
Freaky....!?..or what.?!
Wow. You can't even narrate your own videos. Unless you think the word is wox.
