Shops like this you stay away from, 219 rwKW from a FG XR8 is bullshit, you don't lose that much through the drive train on a Ford. They make the numbers look a lot bigger then it really is. FG XR8 should be around the 240 rwKW from factory.
Pathetic numbers for a "modern" Ford v8. My LS1 makes 404rwkw with a turbo kit, cam and exhaust.
