Cheers guys great info just what I needed to kickstart my return to competitive running after a 5 year break from racing
That's nice to hear. Hope it goes well. 🙂
Epic advice guys, and coming from two experienced coaches and runners make it so much more valuable. Thank you!
Thank you, and I'm glad you enjoyed it. 👍
Some great sessions mentioned within this video, thank you for putting it together 🎉☺️🙌
You're welcome. Thanks for watching! 👍
Hi TRB, great upload. Thank you.
Thank. You. Glad you enjoyed. 👍
Loved the horse at 9:05 😂
Yes, he was so funny and proved to be a good spectator. 😁
Good sessions! I always struggle with the shorter intervals like 400s. Either go completely bonkers or too conservative and can't get any speed at all. Can't beat the hills!
A track is a good shout for 400s as you can check pace every 100m. Hills are superb, though!
Fartleks are the best. I tend to think for most runners after the easy run and the long run, the fartlek is all that's needed to improve.
It's certainly a session anyone can do without any pressure to hit times, etc, and can be done anywhere. 🙂
