Thank you for calling them out. It's a big company. For them these cases are very common, but for us it's just one bike that we spent our life savings on. High time RE takes responsibility of their actions.

Brother RE has totally underestimated customers now-a-days. I have suffered same problem and even few other issues. But they failed to give solutions. Everytime they will say, "sir ye aisa hi hota hai".

I have visited 2 or 3 times for wheel allingment after that i got to know that there is a problem in the rear tyre
I have upgrade to wider tyre now i feel confident while riding
Classic is good for the long ride because of wide tyre
But the experience with RE service was not satisfied
This is true, I too have the same bike bought on August 2019 ESx, I m facing the back tire alignment problem, will be going to the service center soon

@prime solutions look my honest opinion will be to go look for a service center outside / other than RE service center because people with shops working on the side of the roads are skillful too, the only problem is that they are not authentic/authorized from RE but do a pretty good job. I happen to have found a really good mechanic who fixed it in a jiffy.

Should have purchased RE Classic 350..Its quality is much better than Bullet 350
I suggest you to use bike blazer covers if you already aren't aware of it. I've been using that every day for 2 months. Wonderful product and baaki covers koi bhi ho, bike bachate kam hai gandi zyada karte hain. But this one works like a charm, bike pe lagalo.. jhat se nikalo aur pack kardo whenever you need.
Yes bro its true tyres move stiffly after alignment. I don't know y they charged alignment cost from you cos when i asked them to align my tyres they did it for free.
I have faced same problem... in every bs6 bike this issue is coming... service center are charging 472 for both tyre alignment. They will not do it free of cost.
This is my 1st and last bike of royal Enfield.

Bhai recently chalayi thi classic aur mann ho raha tha lene ka es x,par ab rehne do apna commuter option jo hai wohi sahi hai bina problems ke, sirf awaaj ke liye itna jhanjat nahi palne.

In jus 2 years my rear disc brake caliper got jammed that also when i was on ride and its useless and fitted new one . Like what is this yar in jus 2 year brake caliper gets jammed yar this is shit

@@yasert2608 yes single seat can be attached to bullet but it won't give that look like classic because rear fender of classic is round but on bullet it's rectangular so you also have to change its fender. For the tyre you can fit wider tyre 110 90 19 on stock 19 inch rim or you can change it to 18 inch where more options are available . But if you don't want that much hassle go and buy classic 350s

@@harshsahni2422 meri rear brake problem thi .. jo bhi chalata tha bolta tha ki bohut kam hai..bt service wale bol rhe .ye toh perfect hai... engine se tik tik ki noise aane lagi aftr frst service .. fir bhi bolte ye toh thik he hai.. fir gear shifting me problem ayi aftr frst service .. wo bhi unke liye normal tha .. front shock absorber ka cover touch ho rha tha aur shocker k sath ghis rha tha bolte khud thik ho jaega ... haar k mene sab khud he thik kia ghar pe... rear brake bleeding ki , shocker cover adjust kia , engine oil salo ne 3.5 ltrs dal dia tha ..sara flush krke 2.5 ltrs dala gear shifting thik ho gyi ... do din baad fone krke puchte are you satisfied .. fir rest is history 😂 .. watsapp pe bhi msg krke bol rhe the please rate 5stars .

Thanks brother , see all the three bikes are good in their own way it's your personal choice . You can choose any bike you want . If you ask me my choice I would have gone for bullet because it has self start and a raw bullet feel
