I understand your attitude about the music from another game in SC2, however, you also need to understand that everyone has nostalgia hearing the right music for a particular game. Immersion will then be greater, the music will not be distracting. Meanwhile, if someone hears an unfamiliar track it will certainly be a bit distracting and may not feel the same atmosphere. These are the details, however, there are some people who attach importance to this as you noted and it is better to respect them instead of ridiculing them.
