Of the many single welt pocket videos on TH-cam, I chose yours because it’s the ONLY one that has the Top Stitch step. It’s Very tricky to top stitch a single welt because if you do it in one shot all around, you WILL sew the top pocket shut! I checked all of my leather jackets that have single welt,p with top stitching, I can’t figure out for the life of me how it’s done! I guess the only way is to do the welt edge first and flip the top down and finish the rest....
Hello there! Everything you said here is true! It’s difficult to top stitch a welt pocket, but once you practice more and more you will be able to master the sewing it! Thank you for your comment!
