It’s Very tricky to top stitch a single welt because if you do it in one shot all around, you WILL sew the top pocket shut! I checked all of my leather jackets that have single welt,p with top stitching, I can’t figure out for the life of me how it’s done! I guess the only way is to do the welt edge first and flip the top down and finish the rest....
