  • Located Around 21 kilometres upstream from the mighty Mosi oa Tunya or Victoria Falls is the very unique Chundu island lodge.
Chundu island is situated in the middle of the roaring Zambezi River. It 1.4 kilometres in length & offers that ‘total privacy’ feeling you get when stepping onto a secluded, private island. It lies on the border between #Zimbabwe and #Zambia.

@@rojamillerover Thanks for the reply. However I think you missed the gist and context of my comment. By Victoria Falls I meant the town and what it has to offer, not just the Falls themselves which I am sure you are referring to. The fact that you didn't know about Chundu Island which is also in Victoria Falls (Zambezi national park) further qualifies the fact that the place has been been put on the map (figuratively). There are a number of places and attractions that were featured in other videos which many people like you had no idea that they are found in the resort city.

Zimbabwe is beautiful and we have to make it possible for every African to travel without any problem using one African Passport. When are you going to Mozambique? Love from Ethiopia!

Zimbabwe is fantastic. I worked in tourism in Zim for 5 years till 2000. Camped in areas likes this. So great. Thanks for making these nice videos. They bring back a lot of sweet memories before the Zim economy fall apart. Lots of bad things happened in the country. But...I guess it's time to reorganize and rebuild a reliable infrastructure to welcome tourists to go for a holiday in Zimbabwe.

You are doing great work presenting Zimbabwe to the world. Maybe on the Music side, here and there you can also Blend the Videos with Zimbabwean Legendary Music from the late Oliver Mtukudzi etc.
