Thank you guys for getting so real when talking about selling confidence as a Safety profesional. What Sunit said about realizing that most all confident, well spoken people are just as nervous as you are was right on the money. I’m in Transportation (Logistics) Safety and have always felt like I need to be ready to give correct answer 24/7, but in listening to other professionals I’m realizing that I’m not the only one that has felt that way. Thanks for all the gems.
