  • How do you raise your consulting fees by more than 350%...
...without changing anything about the project you deliver?
    Value-based pricing.
Now, many consultants are interested in value-based pricing…
...but very few know how to do it well.
In today’s video, I’ll walk you through how to set your fees based on the value you create.
NOTE: You can do this EVEN if you sell “intangible” services that don’t directly affect your client’s bottom line.
Using this exact process, I helped a client go from charging $65K to $300K on the same project.
If she hadn’t done this, she would have left a quarter of a million dollars on the table.
    Consultant, ask yourself this…
How much money are YOU leaving on the table?

How do you know the return of your services if you don’t understand one’s business ? Is this based on past clients and creating a range?

How do you charge if you base your service cost on value? Ie., do you wait until the project is finished and you get paid or have a payment plan? With an hourly rate you can charge hours you worked. Lots of these videos say not to charge per hour but charge on value but no information on how you then go about submitting invoices.
