The compression pressure is below the standard value, and the cause of the pressure failure is the wear of the piston ring and cylinder, the removal of the head gasket, the failure of the valve, etc.

５００時間はまだまだ寿命じゃないですね、持ち主が荒い使い方せいてただけですね。。。車やバイクなら４０キロで走ってたった２万キロ走行なので。。。ちゃんとメンテすればまだまだ。。。しかしまあ主さんは整備上手ですね。。。

やはり、ステムシールとかピストンリングが悪いのでしょうか？リング交換はケースを開けないとピストン取れないんですか？

白煙の主な原因はステムシールやピストンリングにあるので、交換にはケースを空ける必要があります。
タイミングベルトやカムシャフトも点検した方が良さそうですね、部品の合計金額は5000円くらいになると思います👍
