She runs les than 30 seconds in a year slower as the real time of a atomic clock. Except for 2 (or 3?) yearly battery replacement she was the first time in 2021 for reparation. Now in 2024 af few weeks before the 25 anniversary i have some problems with one of the two knobs for the chronometer. I just had a new battery replaced, but i forgot to ask to look at the knobs.

I bought one of these on eBay for $200 Cdn. If you look at the watch straight on it looks black but if you tilt it a little the face is blue. Takes an SR936 battery. In order to set the date you have to rotate the hands until the correct date shows. You might have to do it a second time to get it to change correctly. To get the second hand synchronized with the minutes you wait until it is at 12;00 and then push the top right side button. This stops the second hand at 12:00. Now when the next minute changes you push the button again and the second hand starts. I looked at a second video and I see the large second hand is actually part of the stop watch function. Normally it is stopped at 12:00 and activated when you push the top button. I kind of like seeing it go around continuously but I wonder if this would use more battery?

I love this watch, have it but got the dial with white background and blue chronograph dials. Best colour imo not a fan of the other colour options
