      Pranay, thank you for sharing this motivational video. Although, your channel says you are trying to help people. I need some information on getting started. I do not have a trainer and cant afford to get one. Are you willing to help with some information like how you start. What exercises should I be doing in my first week, diet, how much time do I need to invest at the beginning and then how slowly I can increase. You can help me as you have experienced the journey and let me/us know what mistakes to avoid. I dont want to over do at the beginning but also not under do it.

    I was 121 kg today im 104kg my goal is to come under 90kg
    Guys the last time that i was under 100kg is 8 Years ago its a amazing feeling to see how your body change and make you feel comfortable.

      @@amansrivastavaofficial4676 get gym trainer no need for diet chart follow same diet food for everyday i was 103kg currently 96kg all i did was cycling 9km everyday in just 25mins. Maintain consistency when you go to gym once your body gets used to pain.

      Its a Easy way you have to change the Bad Meals into good and healthy stuff
      Eat More vegetables you can Eat corn tomatos onions cucumber and all that stuff which is tasty and not like borokolli 😂
      Change the bread to rice without oil please
      Change the Cola to water
      Change the chips or chocolate into healthy Snacks for example a basic Joghurt with fruits
      And do a lot of Sport my dude
      I was since i was a Kid a sporty guy but my eat routine was not the Best
      If you change your eat routines you will become a new human
      Im now 96 kg and the way is not over !!

    Hey.... I'm happy for you man. Guess what i started gym in 2015 and just like u i failed and failed. I fact 3 months ago was my latest failure. I had to drop gym for the 6th or 7th time. Ive even lost count. I used to be zero muscles and at 86kg. I went to muscles with a little fat at 73kg but then one summer vacation and i was back to fat with some muscle at 80kg. After that failure after failure and now I'm at very little muscle and fat at 88kg. I wanna attempt again even though my life has completely changed from when i was 73. After watching a lot, A Lot of transformation videos, i finally found you whom I could relate the most. I will make an attempt for the 8th time and i hope i can have a journey like you had.

      @@VikramSingh_22 First running mat karna jab tak tumhara weight 85 kg se niche na jaye.. Second, daily 5 km walk karo. Diet me sugar ko quit karo.. Natural sugar ko apnao. Like honey, fruits and nuts. Morning me nimbu pani pio aur gym jao.. Gym me only 1 hour workout karo... jyada nahi. 30 min cardio aur 30 min weight training karo. Then, coconut water as after workout drink lo. Ya fir skimmed milk 1 glass with 5 badam. Whey iso protien power le sakte ho Milk ke sath.. agar paise he to.. Khane me roti aur chaval bandh kardo. Pet bhar ke sabji khao, beans khao, daal pio par khao pet bharke.. roti chaval and sugar chor do. milk wali chai pina chor do, uski jagah, green tea or kali chai pio bina milk wali aur bina sugar wali. Fruits jarur khana roj 1 ya 2. jisse sugar level bana rahe.. MOST important RAAT ka khana 3 se 5 km chal ke hajam kar ke hi sona.. aur ha, khana pet bhar ke daba ke khana but acha diet aur protien wala khana khana.. sabji salad beans sab khao... weight loss jaldi nahi hota .. goal 4 kg per month rakho jisse tumhari body skin loose na ho.. Coconut oil ki malis roj raat ko sone se pehle kar lena...Again, khana pet bhar ke khao par acha wala...

    I did nearly the same thing when I was 28. From 108kg to 77kg.. Did that in just 8months. Was losing 1kg each week. 2.5hr workout, watchful diet (though not entirely strict or lean. But, over years gained it all back and now am 120kg in my 50s. Tried to lose it again, and realised it is nearly not as easy as doing it in your 20s.. 20s your body can be primed for high metabolism far more easily and your muscles and bones don't complain if you exercise for long hours. This changed by 40s...
    Best thing to do. - lose weight before 40, and never gain it back. Keep moderately exercising and control diet. If not we pay with a decade shaved off from life expectancy.

    i was 120 self motivated and a friend who pushed me to do better lost 50 kg in 7 months down to 70kg now i m 90 kg with hard muscles. make friends the good ones and be the same. i think if people would have not make me feel fat i would have not decided to lose weight ever
    i felt nostalgic to my old days watching your journey.

    This was such an inspirational video for me. I'm 23 turning 24 in a few days and I weigh 105 kg which is too much for someone of my height (5'11"). You transformation has inspired me to start working out and improve my physical and mental health. Cheers bro 🍻

    Well done ! That's an amazing transformation ! I was also a fat kid, wasn't into sports or anything and would just eat all the time, then when i turned 22 i got sick of it and started a diet (no gym yet) and lost 30+ kg in 8 months, then i started boxing and since 2018 took on the gym. People should never listen to these guys trying to drag them down, everybody is capable to change if he puts enough effort in it and you proved it !
