Gotta say. I love smaller cruise ships like celebrity cruise ships or viking. Getting invited to go dancing by the staff while in Germany and having 20+ staff members knowing me by name, coming up when they would see me off ship to chat and suggest places to see or eat etc makes it such a personable experience.

when i went on the norwgian bliss and we were leaving the harbor, the Symphony of the seas started honking like crazy at us so we started honking back. everyone on both ships were screaming and waving at each other. it was really unexpected

My first cruiseship. Deck 10-554. I was here last 11-24-18 to 12-01-18. The biggest ship in the world. I enjoyed it so much. I loved the show “1977” London British. It was amazing. Went from Miami to St. Maarten, St. Thomas and Bahamas. Your video reminds me about my vacation. Hello from California here.

Went on a 7 night cruise with harmony of the seas last week and it’s pretty much the same features. Room, restaurants, central parks, robotic bar tenders, Aqua Theatre etc. Hope they sail out of Florida one day

We went on the Epic a couple years ago and my husband and I thought it was way too crowded. This ship would most definitely be too large for us. We sailed The Dawn and was very pleased with that ship. Guess were small ship kinda people. Y'all looked like you had a great time. So happy for you!

Omg I was just on that cruise and went to the Bahamas!! It was so much fun and so amazing the ship was like a literal trip! It was like being on another planet being on that ship!

Well I see some negativity in the comments about the Cruise Ship. Well its hella fun and its good for kids too since there is alot of places that kids most likely to have fun and visit. A cruise is all about fun and also for family bonding.

This ship docks every Sunday in Barcelona. I live in a neighbourhood near the port and the air quality drops massively every time the ship is in. After a bit of research I found out it keeps its generators going while in port, which runs on an extremly dirty fuel. At sea, this dirty monster contributes significantly to climate change. In port, the ship does that, plus it pumps smog over the city it's in. It's frankly disgusting, and worrying as a have I small child who has to breathe the heavy smelly air this holiday factory emits

you might want to buy a ticket and commit a sabotage on its board
yep, those ships are massive environmental polluters, not to mention the tons of human waste they dump into the sea, I mean, it's not like the ship has sewage pipes that transport the human waste to a waste facility. Goes right into the poor ocean. Yuck.
actually on Royal Carribean they store all their waste like that till they get on land, then dump it, which is why the generators stay on, not gonna debate that it is bad for people and the earth but there is actual logic they use in that, plus I think the rules for a ship are port of origin and idk if that has something to do with that.
There is an international convention called the MARPOL signed by the OMI, and it's really criminal to break it !
It's true that the ships use bad cheap fuel but in port they use Diesel, in the port there is the port state checkers they will not allow any break of the law, and If you want some doubts ask them immediately.
To throw things at sea is really forbidden so I don't think that it happens specially with cruiser ships.
It simply blows my mind that something that huge can float. I've always waited to try a cruise; maybe when I win the lottery !

I've been on Oasis and Harmony of the Seas. Both ships are amazing and I would imagine Symphony would be just as glamorous. I understand that it may not be for everyone, but I never felt like there were "too many" people on the ship. It has so much stuff to do and the way the schedule their shows people are all over the place, doing their own thing. Personally, I would cruise on any RCI ship and I know that my wife and I will enjoy every minute of it.
I like the fact that you can eat alone without sitting next to a bunch of strangers.
I got on a cruise in Barcelona last September and the weather looked very similar to that! It was on the Disney Magic which would look absolutely tiny next to that ship!
Going on a cruise soon this makes me really excited!!!

I paid extra to go ahead of the line; I was onboard in less than 15 minutes. not this ship but another one.

Just last year my daughter took a sea cruise from USA to Bahamas and back with his husband a 6 years old son and we have load of photos and videos of the cruise and now I look forward to se glimpses of your tour. Wow, that looks fun boarding in the largest cruise ship in the world. And to top the list, the robot bartenders make it an A+ experience.
Those rooms are the size of jail cells compared to the rest of the ship.
Well they have a lot of activities and they need a lot of room for them
They do have way bigger rooms, at a high price of course.

I personally would rather travel on the Royal Caribbean smaller ships such as Empress of the Seas. The itineraries are more interesting because Empress can go into smaller ports. I have no desire to spend a week with 6000 other people, many of them children.

what if someone just takes someone else's room since at the start of the cruise the keys are outside the room. Also, what if someone steals one of your keys so they can sneak in later.
I would expect something like that happening on a Carnival cruise.
If your keys are not there when you get there you would notify guest services and they would deactivate it. So the person who took it wouldn’t be able to use it anyway. They’d issue you new keys.
Plus your room is reserved under your name so anyone who tried to take it would have to show I.D.

In the main dining hall, you can order more than the standard 4 course dinner without additional fees. One evening i had 3 appetizers and 2 entrees. My wife had 4 appetizers and 2 desserts!
