- Today we take a look at Stiltz Home Lifts HQ and Showroom, Building E, Prime Point, Bldg, Dandy Bank Rd, Pensnett Trading Estate, Kingswinford DY6 7TD.
We remain on the public footway and film the building and vehicle artwork but we are spotted by staff who voice their objections.
Estate security arrive and the conversation surrounding private industrial estates continues.

I don't want the back of my head on film, so I'll approach the camera, have a little chat, and make myself a YT star. Genius.
😂😂😂😂
He’s a very special employee…
That's a great comment, I'm laughing off my chair...
Some people aren't very bright lol
Don’t know about star. More like massive YT Pratt
"I'm calling the Police"
"What are they going to do?"
"I don't know"
🤣🤣🤣🤣 Plank
Them 2 security guys were absolutely brilliant, they handled it very well they were definitely very professional and respectful, good on them..
What they did though is to keep the drone operator busy by which they prevented him from filming by remaining talkative. They achieved what the client wanted by taking the focus away from the building
@@ImpartiallySpeaking The beards give the game away
Sorry for this company that they’ve made massive idiots of themselves. I’d never heard of them and was genuinely intrigued by what they did until the employees appeared.
I bet they are words to be said at the meeting.
Like do not approach anyone filming on behalf of this company.
Get on with your work we are paying you to do.
At least these two had their badges on display and were willing to listen.
They seemed to practice a bit more logic than others but we're willing to listen. Better than usual but still needed more education on pub photography
Still Hapless, Ignorant
They did everything wrong that they could have done wrong, enforced their real countries laws, did the house argument, etc. But EVERY VIDEO there is someone like you pretending the security were decent. Why do you say that? I cannot fathom what would motivate you to gas light and lie to the audience like this.
@@dr.lexwinter8604I took their comment to mean they weren't aggressive and rude, listened to DJ rather than talking over him and they had their badges on display. They still tried it on with the "rules" and were wrong but I don't think that's the point the person was making with their comment 🙂
'CCTV is a fixed camera...'; 'That camera is fixed to you!' Wow, just wow... I hope that woman wasn't management!
And the bloke that resorts to insults just because he can't get his own way... not a good look Stiltz...
Security were a little misinformed, but chilled and reasonable so good on them.
Great response from the security guards , very polite and respectful also willing to listen. Top marks guys
To be fair these security guys were polite, friendly, listened, and were fair
Fair comment.
Fair but not confident in what they are trying to enforce.
@@Goldchucker1 Exactly ^_^ refreshing to see a lack of confidence in trying to enforce what they don't understand
No. They were Ignorant. What were you watching.?
But not real bright...
Stiltz Home Lifts HQ and Showroom . hope your Lifts are not out of order like. your female representative is . ridiculous and foolish display of petty retaliation . who does she think she is to lord over a member of the public who is outside the premises . ? .
Girl power narrative lol
Always got a Karen around
Waste of time lazy foreigners, who dont care to learn English Law.
Here is the effect of this video. My wife had a stroke and her mouvabilety is affected by it. I was thinking about installing a stair lift by umming and aring about it. This video now gave me a different option and I'm probably going to use it. Will I go with this company, not sure, becaus there behaviour towards a videographer was not one I would expect.
Dj great one as always.
There are probably many lovely chill people that work for that company. Don't let one or two people ruin your view. Every company has people like that. Sorry to hear about your wife. I hope you find solutions for your home. Best wishes.
@@MortimerDuke83 Yes obviously there are always good people and bad people like in everything. I will be consulting the company and ask them about the interaktion . Spetialy if I'm about to shell out 17.000£ pound for one of there lifts.
Thanks for caring for my situation i appreciate it very muche. That made my day. Thanks.
Explain to them that some of their staff nearly lost them the potential sale :)
I installed one of these in my home and regretted it, there were installation issues, it was unreliable and not fit for purpose. Stiltz gave us a partial refund and we have now installed a Terrys lift and wish we had done so in the first place as it would have saved a lot of time, money and stress.
Yer this is spot on mate. I want a mi rider…. Because of dj another perfect example. And good bless the wife mate hope she recovers aswell as she possibly can 👊
Stilts homelifts, unprofessional employees that need educating, I hope their product is professional but site security willing to learn. Great video DJ.
Absolute idiots they could have had 178000 people biging company up but I would not like to deal with them
Fair play to the security gentlemen. They actually listened and used their brains. They probably also made the assessment that you were no threat to the industrial estate and that everyone there should just leave you to carry on.
filming is not a crime everybody must learn the law
Such a missed marketing opportunity, what a pair of fools.
Marketing opportunity? 😂😂
@@stephenfield8637he's clueless 😂
They get that SIA badge and think they're the nuts, two clueless idiots.

I don’t want to be on film , so let’s talk for ages on the footpath 😅😅😅😅
The level of TARD never ceases to amaze me.
Just see your comment on AB video too 😊

“Hey! You! You filming over there, with the cameras! Pay attention to me! I don’t wanna be on film…..”
@@THEIrishOReilly and I’m going to stand here for 2 days in front of their camera 😅
People don’t get it. Don’t walk up to the guy with a camera on public property unless you want to be the star in a TH-cam video 😂. DJ, hope you had a relaxing time off. Glad to see you back 👍👏❤️
Two pretty chill security lads, just politely trying to make sense of an unexpected situation.
Both with SIA Licence on display. Pretty decent job, a little bit of knowledge gained and a great vid.
Incompetent is the Word.
If they were trained properly, it wouldn't be unexpected.
@@simondalzell5635 Being mistaken during an unfamiliar situation where you've been poorly trained doesn't make you incompetent. They demonstrated broadly positive attitudes and behaviours. I think they will learn from this.
The lads were sound, non confrontational and open to hearing the law. Education passed on. Another positive video DJ. Thank you
I like the 2 guards at the end. They wanted to actually learn about public photography. I wish DJ gave them a keychain. They were very professional. Except they wanted you to leave, but they didnt push it.
Edit: he did give them a keychain as they were driving off.
They were useless and didn't understand English
but they were driving off not wearing passenger seat belt
Yeah, well it's kind of funny that immigrants questions your right to be in the area...
Some of them don't even ask a permission to come in the country.
Great interaction, security very friendly and down to earth. Interesting dilemma for security.
missed your 4pm videos, welcome back
'A little bit touchy , ' I would call them rather prickly people 😯😳😁
🌵 total cacti 🌵
Security was great 👍 😊 very calm. Well trained 👏
Hats off to these 2 polite security personnel.
🤣🤣You explain things so politely and patiently, and they assume they can smilingly out-argue you, then when they (always) fail their facade of niceness collapses - every single time - and, like the 80 year old baldy, they get ratty and say ridiculous things - well done for not telling him how many times more per week you earn than him in response to his gormless 'job' remark.
It's truly fascinating to watch, a proper study of people's reactions to something new, which you'd think people would enjoy as a bit of a change not get bonkers about.
The security guards were lovely though, and what a brilliant and interesting question one of them asked about what you'd do if your roles were reversed.
Thanks again DJ!
Security were polite and reasonable.
I don’t know how you have the patience to have the same discussion over and over again. 😂
Photography is not a crime
PINAC 💪🏽👍🏽
Nice to see some decent security guys, they handled that well.
Recently there was a neighbourhood leaflet drop trying drum up business for stair lifts /home lifts. 🧐
All the bungalows in my street received a leaflet. 🙄
Priceless! 😂
😂😂😂
The security guys were very good. They listened and learned. Good interaction.
‘Always remain polite’. This is why dj audits is the best channel. The other audit channels could learn a lot from this
I really would love to see a couple episodes where 'DJ' could hand out a leaflet that has all the questions and what he's doing and THEN see what questions they have. "it's right there, mate", lol!
'That's fixed to you isn't it.' Oh dear. Mouth before brain.
Credit to security, they were happy to learn
Kudos to security !!! Trying to learn and asking politely
10:00 D'aww turns out he's NOT the smartest man in the room, resorts to insults, definite Walloper...!
Ah! the driving uninusured analogy is brilliant...!
Those two security guards seemed ok they only turned up because they were phoned by the business owner. They were willing to listen and even admitted they didn’t really know the laws. Well done lads
Thanks for the video will stay clear of this company.
It seemed to be a nice company.....until the woman appeared
This could make the company look really good, but they go about it the wrong way.
See how they deflated when Karl turned up & said hello. Fair play Karl m8. To be honest those 2 guys are ok.
They did everything wrong that they could have done wrong, enforced their real countries laws, did the house argument, etc. But EVERY VIDEO there is someone like you pretending the security were decent. Why do you say that? I cannot fathom what would motivate you to gas light and lie to the audience like this. There's always 2-3 of you, why are you doing this? What do you hope to achieve lying to people?
@@dr.lexwinter8604 'To be honest those 2 guys are ok' Gaslighting?. Go & read the D.S.M again.... slowly.
Excellent video showing the ups and downs of filming a lift company.
I didn't realise you had a fixed camera DJ. Was it a painful process?
And yet they're more than happy to share the most intimate parts of their own and family's lives with anonymous big tech having no idea how their photos, emails, IMs, files, voice, shopping, browsing habits, location, driving etc etc are used and sold on to who knows third parties.
didn’t see this coming welcome back DJ missed your vids all last week
Oh not my house again ffs.
I think the stairlift is a better solution, less intrusive, cheaper and easier to install, and more importantly, cheaper and easier to remove
Haha .Who is breaking the law now !?
The security guys not wearing the seat belt properly and plugging it in behind his back
! Tut tut .😂
Two decent security guys! Good to see...
THEYRE STILL NOB EDS
Passenger didn’t have his seatbelt on! He was sat on it that’s why the alarm in the car was beeping constantly!
Really nice guys on security 👍
So fed up with being told by Pakistani security guards about non existent laws.
They security not law enforcement dumbass
Welcome back DJ ❤
I know you regretted the "from above" thing and tried to drop it not realising that your fans loved it 😂
I'm so glad you've embraced it and made it a little bit silly with the special effect voice 😅
Does make you laugh 🤣”don’t wanna be on camera so I’ve come up to the camera to tell you” some people. Thanks DJ 👍👍
Them security lads was very respectful. Fair play to them
Welcome back DJ, Security was nice and friendly
Cheers for the keyring, funny thing is I found it in the road, its like someone had found it, then just threw it away, lol, lucky me I guess
A customer of mine had one fitted and it cost 20k. It was one of their basic ones. The rep let it slip and told me they buy them in for less than 1k and at that time [2years ago] they were fitting around 120 a month. One of the fitters told us the boss had just bought a new helicopter. They should have worn masks
The man is back 🙏🙏🫶🫶
"No, I'm portable" :D brilliant! Good to have you back DJ
I can imagine the staff at the windows when security turned up. " Look karen they're going to kick his arse over our ideas of laws" 😂😂😂😂😂
Great interaction with the two guards they understood for sure well done DJ as always im thinking you have new subscriber's.
To be honest with you these two security guards were very friendly and way better than most of the fools you came across in the past 😅
Bet David 2 is scared of you as you killed David 1 😂😂
Hooray! DJ is back!
The employees definitely showed their lack of intelligence.
The security was hapless but harmless. (It took them long enough to work out why the car was 'bonging' at them about the seatbelts) !?!
DJ your enlightening information about the company was informative because it could assist a family member. but after the rude representatives who appeared and who offered nothing but hostility and obvious .paranoia….who would be inclined?
I love how the security drives away at the end of the video without wearing seatbelts. So much for safety and security!
Who had 'if you came round to my house and started filming...?' on their plantpot bingo card?
Wearing a seatbelt behind your back is an offence on the public highway....🤣🤣🤣
And how many times did he say HEALTH AND SAFETY to DJ🙈🤷♂️
I have never understood why people aproch someone with a camera or drone while they are in a public place 🤔
Because most people are dumb as sh*t.
Love your style DJ, YOU ARE AWESOME IN NARRATING THESE CLIPS, and your phrases crack me up, keep making videos mate, I appreciate your knowledge and educating so many people that deny the laws
Top marks for the security guys 👍
M6 toll is a private road, but your car needs MOT Tax and insurance.
LOL
And because it’s publically accessible, you can film whatever you can see…ask my Dashcam!
Because you enter and leave from a public road.
@@bournagin4439 How else would anyone get on it?
Actually, it's maintainable at public expense by National Highways - so although it may have been built by a private company, it's not actually designated as a private road.
Welcome back, DJ. I've been missing your videos.
He’s back!
DJ, you are a star, buddy! By far the best Auditor I have seen. Keep up the fantastic work. 👍❤
Welcome back 😊
Guess who's back, back again, DJ's back, tell a friend....
And today on "you can't film that" we have
Wow they clearly didnt have a clue!
lol, Both of these security guards needed a buffering animation above their heads !!
People are very comical when the logic of something completely escapes them.
Here is the problem.
They gate it, they have to insure it.
Hence they dont, because to insure for private traffic on a private road is an absolute fortune.
So they leave it as Public Highway.
They can have one, they can have the other, but they can not have both.
Call the Police he ain’t wearing his seatbelt properly 😂
But it's a 'private road ' 😂😂😂😂😂
Dj there’s a building near Didcot power station a new building, very secure two fence lines and security but no signs you should go see what’s going on mate.
ESG came out looking very professional here. They stayed cool. They stayed respectful. Hats off to them for keeping cool.
Nice to see 👀 you back
Did he say DJ audits or something like that ? 🤔
Good to see you back
DJ Been watching for years and i love how you handle yourself especially with a group of people. you are too good my friend. big fan! Much love
Those guys (security)
might have been misinformed.
But they were willing to listen and took it on board.
They were spot on.
Well done guys
You were the stars of the video.

Herein Canada, there’s grants you can apply for to get these units installed in your home (I believe it’s a sliding scale ranging from full to partial coverage).
The principle behind the idea is that it’s far cheaper to grant someone various mobility devices in order to keep them in their home, than it is to place the person into a care facility.
And honest, I think it’s a great idea. A mobility assistance device actually helps promote a sick or disabled persons well being. Rather than the infirm person becoming sedentary, which compounds medical problems.
Staff==clowns=Security guys great, so relaed, pleasant and polite==========
