That is the most incredibly precise display of craftsmanship I’ve ever seen in a large remodel/build. Sooo many people don’t understand the level of precision that is applied in a job like this. Seems like the default for you guys. Such amazing work!!!
That detail is gorgeous. I have to start raising my standards for my next house build. Many thanks for such a thorough walk through and explanation 🙏
Perfection! Amazing workmanship.
It’s all of our OCD dreams to find customers that will pay us for our time. You’ve found the niche customers that appreciate the quality
Yep. This kind of customer is scariest nightmare to anyone else haha. I thought I was OCD but this is just on the next level
Thank you!
My man with the white cons!! Extremely impressive content as well.
I love this stuff,, I agree totally with Brian P below
Looks 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻
It looks amazing I just wish you could’ve relocated that grill or adjusted the proportions to make it the same width as the door. it’s a bit of an eyesore on such a prominent wall under the skylight
The way the gas fireplace puts heat out is fantastic. Can you do the same with AC? I hate the look of vents.
Absolutely beautiful. Just 1 thing correct me if I'm wrong but heat rises not drops but do understand what you where trying to explain
How do you protect the bottom of the drywall in those parts where there is a shadow line but no baseboard from, say, vacuum cleaner dings?
I´m pretty sure I would get anxiety from visiting a place like that, it must be a special kind of person who can live in such a space without constant fear of dinging the -crisp- corners and messing everything up. But fantastic work none the less :)
Waoo, amazing. Hey nick where do you find that chimney.
im kinda late but in case you read this, what paint did you guys use and what is the color of the walls?
you guys do amazing work.
nice
This is beyond impeccable I am curious what is the timeline on this job.
What previous video shows the baseboard details? Looks amazing. Thanks.
I think one from the same location the baseboard has a cut in it where the metal profile connecting to the drywall is placed inside and allows minimal movement
At 6.16 you mention a previous video showing how you did the 1/2" reveal. Can you let me know which video that is?
Thank you
What type of finish is on those floors?
such a very nice detailed house !
is there a playlist for this house ?, I couldn't find it
It should be listed under Back Bay
The heat drops down into the room?
Enjoy the show. Who was the manufacturer of the concrete micro topping finish for the fireplace?
Devalime
@@NSBuilders thanks
Ultra modern look. Maybe it is too commercial looking.
Can't stand wide plank floors, but finish looks great.
@@aayotechnology prefer unstained white oak. Understated and blends into the architecture.
Spider homes
qualities workmanship stuff not found in australia. hell full of craps
