If you're new to my channel, I documented my journey on youtube of growing my web design agency as a complete beginner. In this video I tell the whole story of how I did it.

Congrats on the journey man, that's really awesome. Curious though, are you not worried that offering websites might eventually dry out? How do you plan on finding consistent clients for websites and how are you finding those clients currently?
Curious if the Iman Gadzhi course helped you in any way? I know he talks a lot about his smma agency but I come from a design background which can be similar at certain parts.

When you were doing ads for local businesses, why were you selling the leads? That part should have been left up to the chiropractor, correct?

What kind of outreach have you done, I've been cold emailing and Dm'ing for about 2 months and have only had a couple show any interest and only 1 intro call. There has to be a better way of outreaching or this is going to take forever to make anything

@@juansmmajourney Even I have same journey as you . I have tried multiple and every business model and nothing worked out for me . At last I am a seller on fiverr and make stores for clients but i don't get paid much . What should I do or what should I learn ? What skills should I upgrade and what should I do to make this agency thing workout for me ?

We use stripe to process most of our payments
