Hmm, I haven’t done VOS on RE8 yet but did finish the game. I’d say this is one of the easier RE games on the hardest difficulties. The only tough parts are right at the start vs Mia, Barnhouse kind of sucks and then the end in the Salt Mine.
You can cheese jack by staying behind him. It works even on madhouse

Using the circular saw is a big L... you basically cheesed madhouse and robbed yourself of an actual experience.
