Is video me mai share kar rahi hu Very delicious dalcha recipe,, maine ise bahut aasan method se ise banaya hai
📍 Ingredients:-
• Meat 1/2 Kg
• Bottle gourd 1 Kg
• Onion 2 medium size
• Tamrind
• Red chilli powder 1 tsp
• Coriander powder 1 tsp
• Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
• Salt 1 tsp
• Split bengal gram 1 cup/200 gm
• Red Lentil 1/4 cup
• Yellow pigeon peas 1/4 cup
• Cinnamon stick 2
• Black cardamom 1
• Black pepper 1/2 tsp
• Cloves 4-5
• Green cardamom 4
• Mace flower 1/4
• Cumin seeds 1 tsp
• Bay leaves 3
• Green chillies 3-4
• Salt 1/2 tsp
• Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
• Tomatoes 2 medium size
• Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
• Cinnamon stick (small piece)
• Bay leaf 1
• Black cardamom 2
• Green cardamom 3
• Cloves 4-5
• Black pepper 10-12
• Mace flower
• Coriander seeds 1 tbsp
• Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
• Fennel seeds 1/2 tsp
• Dry red chillies 4-5
• Onion 1 medium size
• Kashmiri red chilli powder 1 tsp
• Coriander leaves
• Desi ghee 4-5 tbsp
• Mustard Oil 100 ml
