Meat 1.25 kg
onions 4 medium size
Cinnamon sticks 3
Bay leaves 2
Black cardamom 3
Black pepper 1 tsp
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Green cardamom 6
Mace flower 1
Cloves 1/2 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 4 tbsp
Red chilli powder 2 tsp
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Kashmiri red chilli powder 1 tsp
Salt 1 tbsp
Dried coconut powder 1/2 cup
Garam masala powder 1 tsp
Roasted cumin powder 1 tbsp
Coriander leaves 1-2 fist
Water for gravy
Fried onions
Kewra water 1/2 tsp
Mustard oil 150 ml
For cooking lentils:-
Split bengal gram 2.5 cups
Water 4-5 cups
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
Bay leaves 1
Salt 1 tsp
Coriander powder 2 tsp
Curd 5-6 tbsp
For roasting:-
Desi ghee
Lotus seeds 1/2 cup
Onions 1 big size
Khushboo ka masala ingredients:-
Green cardamom 7-8
Mace flower 1
Nutmeg
Cloves 2
Cinnamon stick 1 small
