Why did you not show the wiring conversion? You have to convert the ballast or you won’t get LED color
LED Doesn’t mean RGB. It just a type of light. Don’t need to convert it
I did this on only 1 LED and now I have ghosting when my dimmer switch is off.
You need an LED dimmer.

No need to turn off the breaker. Just turn off the light switch
