Hey! It's been a bit since I've uploaded a video. I've been getting settled in a new apartment and a new job (which has been going great so far), as well as catching up with old friends. TH-cam has been on the back burner during this time, but I'm excited to start putting out new stuff here again. I'm far from done making videos - there's so much more I'm excited to share! Starting now I'll be back to the normal "somewhere between a week and a month" I used to do. I've got a few videos I want to make that may prove a bit harder to make (there's a deep dive into strafing I'm excited about), so I might be on the slower end. We'll have to see how it goes!
A whole bunch of spam comments with various links appeared on this video shortly after uploading. I've done a bit of research and was able to block those links as well as other related links based on what other people have said about the issue. I read all the comments on my videos, so if any more show up I'll deal with them. I can't guarantee I've caught everything at any given time, so be smart and don't click on links you don't trust.
Been doing a routine every morning: 1.) All of "easy," plus "medium" walls and pogo, 2.) Some T3 maps (quattro, home, dahlia, sitood, sketchy2). It's a great warmup. Today I tried out medium mixed and got to jump #8. Super happy with your videos; thanks a lot! It's really difficult to find information about jumping.
Yeah, there's like next to nothing for sticky jumping... Recently I heard about this video though, I've only watched the beginning, but it might be just what you're looking for: th-cam.com/video/HYWzKjuZewA/w-d-xo.html Unfortunately the audio is really bad in the basics section (real shame since it's the most important one imo), especially when he's trying to explain sticky pogo, but the audio issue is fixed for the other sections
Where can I find these t1, t2, t3, t4, t5, t6 maps fast. I always just search "jump" in community servers and then I leave from those and finish those jumps in "create server" mode so I dont have any lags. But is there an easier way to find those maps? I would like to do other maps than just those basic maps. and PS: what tier is jump_zero_v2 and jump_academy2 hardest courses?
cdn.jumpacademy.tf/ and tempus.xyz/maps both do you want. There's small pros and cons for each, which you'll learn once you use them. Download a map, if it's not a .bsp extract it to get the .bsp, then move it into your tf/download/maps folder.

nice video, could've sworn you made every single Jump Academy 2 course
I'm close: This video rounds out the medium's, and I've done hard sync. So just hard walls, pogo, and mixed left!
Its alright, take as much time as you need. Am excited on the strafe video though!
firestabber my beloved
Nice, I slowed down on rocket jumping a while ago after grinding mainly JA2 for about a month, but maybe I'll come back soon with a fresh mindset
Perfect time for this tutorial. I was struggling with double sync into triple.
Thank you.
Also looking for to your airstrafing video.
love your vid dude
your videos are such a good resource for learning rocket jumping, i just wish there were something similar for sticky jumping

jump_zero_v2 is t4, and jump_academy2 is listed as t5, but really should be t4 as well.
