My father had A 1983 2 door white leasabre 5.0 with a th350 no vinyl roof he owned it for 22 years and had over 700k on the car was still in good shape when he sold it
These are very nice cars - especially because it is the LeSabre Limited, which gives you the velour interior. You also have tow-tone paint - they didn't all have that. A classy car! Where did you get the bumper inserts?!? Those are not easy to find in my experience!
Having been a teenager when this car was new, I can definitely say it actually wasn’t a granny car. These were mostly family cars at the time. A lot of families where I lived drove these and the Century. The only reason they became granny cars is because the people who bought them seemed to keep them forever and into their own old age.
The main reason I sold it is because it just wasn’t enjoyable to drive and it would cost too much to improve that. also its an ugly color and I didn’t want to paint it
These were some of the BEST Buicks and double score on getting the two door coupe!! Nice!!
I was cheesing like a frickin kid when it fired up
