Will it run after sitting for years in a barn?

I pulled this unique looking lawn mower out of a barn, that got through into a package deal with some other things I purchased. If you got a minute, take a break, have a seat with something cold to drink with a snack. Lets get this ole mower running again.

I remove the engine and rebuild the carb and clean tank plus replace springs, paint engine and deck
They sale good then 😊😊😊
I have properly about 50 of the flat head push mowers and 80 riding mower put back to rebuild 😊😊
