    Band Squats
    Lateral Band Walk
    Band Squat Jumps
    Circuit 2 - 30 Seconds Each - 4X / 15-30 Seconds Rest in Between each Set
    Hip Bridges
    Reverse Lunge to High Knee (R)
    Reverse Lunge to High Knee (L)
    No bands? Do it without them. If you do this and like it give me a 👍
