I built basically the exact same deck for my league, but in unlimited, so with a few extra tools. I play all the same mons, the same annihilape split, manaphy + jirachi, and cleffa for the early game draw and losing a prize for ape, but cosmic power claydol > bibarel. Then, I play Korrina as my consistency card, which is a huge buff. Super fun low energy deck, you love to see it.

Annihilape seems like the perfect candidate for a rage attack based on what rage fist does in game but neither of them have it
Yeah but Annihilape does have Rage Fist. It even has the same maximum damage as in the video game: 350!
@@eddiepeach3975 yeah but that's based on prizes which is kinda how I would expect last respects to work. A dodrio kinda attack feels perfect especially since the ex damages itself
@@piplup2884 rage fist is a number of times you've been hit, not the damage taken. If you want to measure a discreet number of hits taken, prizes is a great way to represent it.
@@eddiepeach3975 your opponent can take 2 prizes in 1 hit tho. I guess the mechanics cant be translated exactly since the games are so different but rage fist was just annihilape getting angrier each time its hit which better suits damage counters
@@piplup2884 they also do 70 dmg each instead of 50.
Just really weird to make a comment like "rage fist would be perfect but neither of them have it" when one of them has it and it's nearly perfect

You could try Magical Echo Altaria to move damage counters from Annihilape ex to their active. Alternatively, you can swap the Bibarel engine for the Liepard engine to use PAR Liepard to do something similar. Although, you'll need Luminous Energy to get access to Dark.
Ehh could be ok but i think your Annihilape dies before then anyways

Ive been having a good time with him on the ladder. 1 prize Annihilape vs. Charizard EX and other high HP pokemon is so good.

I hate to be a hater, but Zard ex is so lame. In a tournament, sure. You’re trying to win. But on Live? I just genuinely don’t see the appeal.
I was just talking about this with my friend yesterday. I used to play on the casual ladder pretty consistently but all I would see is Charizard when I was trying to play fun rogue decks. There's literally no incentive to play Charizard there since there's no rewards. I'm taking a break from Live at the moment because it hasn't been fun facing Charizard every casual match.
Its a way to practice for IRL tournaments. Now should you play Charizard in unranked? No
@@adammazarul808Yeah, dude. Rogue decks are the reason I play. In a way it’s like selecting your difficulty mode. Meta equals easy mode, rogue/meme equals hard.

I kinda have this exact deck already built. But I don't run ciphermaniacs, or as many ionos. I also don't have maximum belt.
What I have is a Salvatore for turn two evolutions. Prof research for draw. Prime catcher for gus. Also I have room for 2 vengeful punches bcuz no matter what it seems annihilape does get knocked out 😂
Love the idea of this deck, seems really fun to play! Would you suggest any changes with Twilight Masquerade? I was thinking Okidogi or Munkidori with Luminous Energy?

Rage fist and the ex annihiliape is one of the best cards that i used in Live. Ive discovered this deck after being lost to this card using my lost box

That first game really shows how easy Charizard is. If you have a pulse and basic knowledge of the rules, it's almost guaranteed to do decent.
Hmmmm what about running hero's cape and cresselia for moonglow reverse ? Probably would be janky but fun nonetheless. Edit: nvm I was thinking of altaria

@LittleDarkFury yeah I could see it working with cresselia needing only one energy and being a basic, but I was confusing it with altaria and it needing a double turbo and being stage 2 is just too much, got those two mixed up

Why does damage from maximum belt get applied before weakness in order for primape to be able to knock out iron hands? I thought weakness is calculated before the extra dmge from belt
Weakness multiplies the damage a Pokemon takes from attacks by two. Maximum belt increases your Pokemons attack damage. Weaknesses calculated after the damage bonus is applied
