Thank you and yes you need it to get programmed you might get no flashers working till it’s programmed… Not that expensive I think if I remember correctly couple hundred dollars 300-500 maybe don’t remember too good
I opened the steering wheel and did not remove the battery, and now the steering wheel is very heavy and a problem sign appears in the control steering wheel, how will I solve the problem?

What reason causes you to replace? Was it a horn issue where it would sound each time you turned the wheel?
We’ll mine deployed in a minor accident that’s why I had to replace air bag but not sure on what your sating

You might of triggered a ecm code and it deactivating the assisted steering… you’ll need to get your ecm cleared of codes, then go from there…
