Jon, your expression of your relationship with Christ is a taste of heaven, a taste of the when'll we finally rest in the presence of our creator. Thank you for posting these acoustic videos. i suffer deeply and detrimentally with depression that has a tight grip on me, one which no amount of prayer, therapy, medication, or practical lifestyle changes have been able to cure. this is a song i always come back to and find myself getting emotional over. God is gracious to and patient with me, thanks be to Jesus, and I’m holding on to faith by my fingernails. I trust in Him every day that He will keep me from falling completely. i’ve never faced a greater trial in my life. God bless you Jon, thanks for the great music!

I've been searching for a while to find a fitting artistic expression for Psalm 42:7 - "Deep calls to deep in the roar of Your waterfalls; all Your breakers and waves have rolled over me" - one of my favorite verses in Scripture. I think I finally found it in this song. Your song has led me to places in worship like never before. Thank you for facilitating intimacy with the Lord in ways that words cannot adequately describe.

This song gets me through many days. I did not grow up in a church. My husband I came to Christ, to salvation through the Bible 3 years ago we read the entirety of the Bible then continued and got saved. And Jesus is so good! But our walk has been anything like what we hear or see people speaking about. And thank God the word has all the answers all the wisdom for this life. And great songs. Real songs like this. ❤️
