The peanut was so Chrunchy in and out. It really taste so good. This is a must try.

Ingredient used;
4 cups of peanut or groundnut = 584g
1/2 tsp of salt (for soaking the peanut) = 2.84g
3 cups of Flour = 360g (cup leveled)
1/2 cup of Powdered milk = 65g =2.2oz
1 tbsp of Nutmeg = 7g
3 Eggs
1 tsp of vanilla = 4.2g
1/3 cups of sugar = 67g
Vegetable oil
