I have Surf Shark vpn, and the last time I connected to my phone, it would not disconnect. I had to restart the phone to get it to drop the vpn connection. Any thoughts on why that happened?

So where do you find the credentials to sign in? Downloaded from troypoint, but can’t find where to get sign in
