    Holly, nice video! Well done! I totally agree with your values and your concepts! I use a similar structure when I coach my students to become certified Pilates teachers under my 600-hour Comprehensive Pilates teacher training programme and run their own businesses. The formula I teach creates transformations over and over again. My clients come to be because they have had enough of overwhelm, not happy working for someone else, not managing to get by and living paycheck to paycheck. I offer them the possibility to gain a new skill in helping others, which not only gives them personal satisfaction but offers them a very healthy and profitable lifestyle. I'm loving what I do and I thank all my teachers for the skills I can pass on to these people! Sending you love and light!!!

    This was so thorough and insightful! Thank you so much!!! I loved this Q and A, I’m just feeling like learning a bit more about the PT qualification vs a Pilates one? I didn’t quite understand what PT stands for and I’m getting a feeling that price wise it might be more worth it to do the Pilates one and skip PT???

    Thank you so much for this video! How do I know when I am ready to deepen my knowledge and take a Pilates teacher training? Can I do something to prepare for one? I am 18 and I would dream to become an instructor, I studied ballet for nine years and I’ve been doing Pilates for a year so I am quite flexible and have control on my body, however I am really weak in my arms (I can’t do push ups😬) :). Any advice is appreciated!

    This is very good video contents ! I watched it a few times!
    May I ask if there’s any possibility for someone NOT suitable to be a Pilates instructor?
    I’m new to Pilates. Doing both reformer beginner and intermediate AND mat Pilates almost daily since April this year .
    I have lower back issue and am NOT as flexible as most general population. I can’t do V Sit well as I have a hump protruded on my base of my spine.
    BUT since doing regular Pilates I am stronger and more aware of my posture and I can walk around without feeling numb in my limbs at times.
    I am inspired to learn more and be certified to help others .
    Would I still be able to learn and be certified to teach group classes and individual clients?

    As a foreigner, is there any course I can take within a month? Can’t do weekends that way. Like YTT 200 gives a whole package including accommodation and food etc

      @anitahorryacademy ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @Mehrwush Imran, yes there are courses that offer you to become a beginner teacher in a month. :)

    So, if one does Matwork Training with Body Control and later wants to do Refromers with Stott, will the Stott allow that?

    • @pregnancyworkouts
      @pregnancyworkouts  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi Nicky! Thanks for getting in touch. STOTT are really flexible, so (in theory) I do't see any reason why they wouldn't let you do this. Of course, check with STOTT, but I can't see that ti would be a problem! All the very best

    Hi how old do you have to be to start the certification program, I’m 16 and Ive been dancing ballet for 6 years and just started doing reformer pilates a month ago. Is the a minimum age requirement?

    • @pregnancyworkouts
      @pregnancyworkouts  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi Betzy, that's amazing that you'd like to become an instructor. I believe the age limit is 18 BUT I would call STOTT (or whomever you wish to train with) as this might not be the case and someone with your passion at 16 is someone I'd want to train with! Hx

      @Betzy Martinez I can give you some advise on that as a Teacher Trainer and Business coach. Reach out if you need to!

      Hi there. I trained with a company called STOTT who are amazing. Their company name is Merrithew and they have training centres all over the world. Other great training providers are BASI, APPI and Body Control. Good luck!! Hollie
