For people who do not figure skate, they have no idea how difficult it is to get the artistry like this flowing! Great job-this to me is what skating should be about!
I agree, people who don't figure skate do not understand how difficult it is to land spins correctly, remember every foot step the second you put your skate where it doesn't go the routine is messed. I think she is a good figure skater
Dana Mahoutchian I’m training figure skating for 3 years now and i kniw how hard it is, things that look easy are way to hate, figure skating is sooo underated
I can only image how hard the artistic part of a program is. I always felt the a person should get a metal if they can stand on ice skates. And jumps now that should be gold metal
I'm streetSkater and think it's hard...
I believe mastery is a combination of talent, hardwork, passion and capabilities.

Leah E. It takes a lot of time and practice. If you took lessons and dedicated yourself you can get better. Nobody’s born being amazing on ice.

I don't think you understand just how much I love this program. It is why I chose to wake up and continue to skate every day even when I feel like giving up. Absolutely beautiful.
I was a competitive figure skater in my youth and I am absolutely amazed at your artistry! I could tell while watching this that you deeply connected to both the music and the choreography, so while I was impresed I was not surprised to see you had choreographed it yourself. You should be very proud of the quality of your skating. You are a true skater's "skater." You skate from your heart and you exude a maturity and grace that can not be taught. I lopk forward to seing more from you in the future and no mater never lose the love of skating. Best of luck to you in all your endeavors!

My favourite part too!
A lot of people are saying this or that was bad but I think you were *great*. The song choice was good to start with because it's dramatic and it allows you to do a variety of movements. I was searching for mistakes the whole time but found none. Your movements were very fluent and I could see you tried to represent the message of the song with them. I know nothing about figure ice skating but I'm a dancer and while I believe technique is important, it doesn't make a performance perfect. The emotions and hard work you put into it play a big role, and I thought your performance was beautiful. Keep up! :D
I have to agree with u it was amazing but she had one slight fall but only her hand touched the ice
I agree, this was a pretty routine and she was very graceful and captivating. A lot of skaters that would do this routine would just fall flat, jus go through the motions, she kept my attention, I got really into it and forgot about my crappy day just for a little bit. I really like a skater who flows and floats like her.

Ice skating was my passion for years. After discovery a malformation in my patella, the doctor said I had to stop unless I wanted to get a double knee replacement by the time I'm 25. You did a beautiful job- makes me miss being on the ice.

this almost made me cry, I've come back years later to watch this video again, i first saw it when i was about 7 when i first got into figure skating im now 17 almost 18 and it hits so different the artistry everything. Figure skating now it just all about quads ( thanks to the Russians ) you never really see this sort of thing anymore which is VERY sad this is what figure skating is about
I rewatch this again and again and it never gets old. You're so amazingly talented and your choreography was amazing!!! I hope I'll be this good one day💙

I'm so jealous, i just learned how to skate a few months ago since I got a fracture cuz of it..I can't skate anymore, they won't let me.. sigh..ill miss ice skating..hopefully after a few years they'll me again..

lol..hi.. its me Arrii, my fracture was my left leg.. im alright now :D the tool to cut the cast was scary.. >~< its been a year since i got the fracture :)
huh??? why? You should discuss this with your doctor again!!! I fractured my shoulder and have to stay off ice for 1 month, but forever? The longest it could take is about 24 weeks for specific fractures, but mostly 3 to 8 weeks!!!

wow I don't know what to say, thanks to this video I entered the world of skating and managed to reach the nationals, I was so happy, but I stopped skating because my parents wanted it that way, now I see my skates and I cry, skating was everything for me , thanks to this video that I started, with this same song, and now that I see it I can't stop crying, you are my greatest admiration Rebecca.

It's her program. You can't deviate or you loose points. You need to research your points before stating them, it makes you sound uneducated. Also, I would honestly love to see you out there performing. She did an amazing job and her execution was amazing. Please, don't tell people to 'let go' when she just performed a beautiful peace of art, no hate meant, just a statement from a random figure skater.
