Great video to watch and amazing tank designs by the community. Would have liked to have seen the testing in the first-person mode to test the actual visibility/ whether they have impact sensors or any ability to see backwards/ to sides. Seems people put a fair amount of work/thought into making them driveable from first person mode.
In the real world you would want that rapid turning ability from tank #2, since it helps avoid shots by being able to turn quickly, plus the driver has a yoke for precision turning.
The armor that the micro- controllers are modeled after is ceramic amour plating. This armor is designed to slow and begin deflecting the shot before it reaches the metal. By doing this it prevents the incoming round from penetrating the tank.
Loved the video MrNJersey! Can't wait for other Tank builds on Stormworks, would love to see something like a Military Exercise in Stormworks, if the game has enough players for it!

@@seppalastname4574 ill let you know i put over 12 day of work in my tank because most of the version didnt work. and then ii test them all on the corse and on the main land. my tank is fucational unlike this buety pagenet over detailed disapoint mets of a tank

Not in my opinion. It's just too bulky.
It doesn’t look like a tank, it appears to be an Armored Personnel Carrier or APC but with a weird turret stuck on the top. Very weird look.

biggest issue i'm having with the tank tracks is the lack of suspension, the slightest bump totals my tank kinda defeating the point over say wheels

I tried to finisg my tank, but I couldn't get the gear work done. It kept going backwards even though I was pressing W.
So, I eventually gave up.

the sadness is in the selection process, each vehicle should be tested and selected and note voted and fame
