    This video is so instructive! Thanks a bunch! Having that footage with you narrating what is going on helps a lot to understand what is going on. I've watched it a few times the part about pitching... I am learning to wing foil and am now focusing on the foiling part of it using a foil drive assist. I seem to have gotten it down, except that the board keeps pitching either up or down, and eventually that pitching knocks me down. Played with the mast back and forth and think I have it in the right spot, using your technique. Is pitching something you learn to control entirely based on skill? There isn't much written about it, and I have no clue what I am doing wrong. Any ideas greatly appreciated!

    Excellent wisdom! Breaking down complex movements into their components helps to learn better and (probably) faster. Love the tie in to meditation/mindfulness and flow, that's one of the things I love most about wing foiling. Thank you!

      Thanks! Yes, I think breaking down skills needed into easier to learn parts speeds learning. You build muscle memory that can be "remembered" more easily, because you are aware of that specific skill and your limb(s) roles in it, with less complications from other skills being learned at the same time, and less falls. It's cool you also like to get "into the zone!"
