    Thank you so much for this information, Nikko. Very well-structured information. There's a program to work in Japan, and there are many options, including as a caregiver. I carefully think about this and did some research. I'm scared that something will get bad, like, way worse than my expectations or what you've said. But still, i still need to consider and consider. Again, thanks!

    Sa kanila kasing mindset. "Nasa Japan ka dapat kang magsalita ng hapon" ikaw ang mag aadjust hindi sila. So please sa mga pupunta dito study basic,atleast basic japanese first.like greetings-ohayou gozaimas,otsukaresamadeshita,arigatou gozaimas.the rest mattutunan mo na dito by talking to the japanese,watch japanese tv channels and listen to japanese radios.
    Good luck everyone❤

    Working in Japan as caregiver for more than 5yrs now. Aside from the language barrier the most challenging part is that toxic work culture. Swerte ka if makahanap ka ng magandang company.

    Yes the cleaning smelly diarrhea diapers was why I quit caregiving. Otherwise it's the best job to feel you're helping people. I admire people who can handle changing the diarrhea explosions daily. I can't

    The most tired and anoying is aged carr workers in japan
    My friend work 10-12 hours a day
    And salary are low
    And got cut by agency
    He cant even save money
    All salary are gone for rent , food and bill.
    And why u must work as aged caregiver when your purpose of life are being happy and freedom.
    You Better take care your own parents than other peoples parent as caregiver takecare japanese old people

    I don't know why you would like to even get a job in Japan because they discriminate. They are very into their culture and don't want to mix other cultures in their culture, in all aspects. If you more qualify for a job, they would not pick you but a Japanese

    • @NikkoVenture
      @NikkoVenture  3 หลายเดือนก่อน +3

      Some people’s options in life are limited - very limited. Sometimes it’s either Japan where you earn a bit more but will be discriminated OR stay in your home country, not be discriminated against but live in severe poverty. 😅 Sometimes people don’t make the decision to work abroad and be discriminated. Sometimes it’s their circumstance that decides it for them. 😊
