Well said, informative ! im a kaigofukushishi and i received shikaku teate n bonuses when i was a regular employee but since i dont do yakin, my boss change my contract as a keiyaku shain , from there they remove my bonuses n shikaku teate😢😢😢too disappointed😢
When you talk about bullying here in japan I feel sad coz before I had one colleague in the hospital who treated me badly and to those ofw’s who had experienced bullying. But now I am happy and had a peace of mind co’z they transfer me in facility. Yes, po. Multiple times na akong naka uwi sa atin with Kaigo Visa. Based on my experience po, COE lang po ung hinahanap sa akin every time na babalik ako ng Japan.
