I wish the trauma of my life was a solid excuse for my shortcomings, addiction, and my felony convictions being that I was member of a very poor family with 8 kids living in a neighborhood flooded with drugs and criminals which ultimately led to me engaging with a criminal lifestyle becoming an opiate addict at 16 years old and placing my life in the hands of the judicial system, but, because my skin is white all of that is irrelevant...It's all my fault because of my inability to use my "white privilege".

That's because in today´s views it is acceptable for victimized minorities to be racists. It reminds the movie Invictus, where we see the black population from South Africa wanting to get revenge on the white population after Mandela was elected, but we see Mandela trying to unite the country, including both white and black population. That was a great man. Union makes us stronger as a race, the human race. On the other hand division makes us weaker and ignorant. It brings hate towards our fellow humans. There shouldn´t be us versus them. It should be just all of us. I leave the words of John Lennon " Imagine all the people - Livin' life in peace" . It is a beautiful dream.

I was curious how he got money for this turkey. There are obvious options. He got the money from african americans - in which case it would have been more efficient to set the money on fire. Or amounts of the funding for this thing came from mainstream society (including those dreaded white folks). I don't know. Maybe he called around his parents and used their money. A film isn't cheap. Even 'Clerks' cost 30K. Or maybe this is some affirmative action or white guilt thing. Apparently "The American Society of Magical Negroes was developed by Kobi Libii as part of the Sundance's Screenwriters and Directors Lab.". I don't know if that's partial funding or what. But there are no good options. And then people decided to distribute it and have their company's name associated with it.

fun fact! the ones the white man was most brutal towards, the ones they not only enslaved and tortured but even actively tried to eradicate were ......other white people!
No seriously, look it up in History! nobody was more savage towards Whites than other Whites and you know what else, that pretty much goes for all the races. Just look what even today some African Tribes do to each other and tell me that is less "inhuman".
The Romans were the ones who got it right! It is never a question of Black vs. White or Male vs. Female or whatever, "Homo Homini Lupus", "Men is Wolf to Men".....its basically "Free for all".
Do you really think that once there is only one Race on the Planet, no matter if White or Black or inbetween, hatred and violence will stop and everything will be nice and plushy? You think we would not find other Reasons to hate each other? you know like political sides, religious beliefs, wearing glasses.....neither hatred nor violence will ever stop, they are part of Nature and they do not answer to us but to whatever higher Power there is!

      ANYWAY...........
the blacks who were mainly offended? black women(though there was the occasional man, mostly blacks supported this movie funny enough, calling him "a true brotha).

I honestly hate that quote. Ignoring race does nothing to alleviate the legacy of racism in this country. One of the strengths of America is that we have had a racial reckoning and have had to deal with these issues. We talk about race. As bad as the problems are here. We've done the best job at dealing with racial inequality. There's a Black middle class. There's real Black wealth in the U.S. That's not true anywhere in Latin America where most countries are about 10 percent just like here and they just don't talk about it. They don't deal with their racist past. So there is no progress in these countries. You do not see wealthy Black Brazilians, or Colombians, or Venezuelans, or Ecuadorians. You rarely see them in positions of power. If you look at their soccer teams there's clearly plenty of Black people but you don't see represented anywhere else in their media. Colombia does the best job of it but it is still lacking. They don't talk about race and that's the problem.

But I've also had many more black people use the same language and pull GUNS out on me well into my late 20s. No reason...it just happened.
So much so that I decided things might be better if I moved to a different state.
Sadly enough, even after moving, when I would go out to a "black" club black people still looked for a reason to argue, threaten, fight, shoot, whatever.
But I noticed that this didn't happen when I'd go to "white" clubs. No threats. No violence. Nothing.

The left isn't funny anymore because satire and wit require a play on truth. When the premise is gaslighting and the punchline is a strawman, the joke has no teeth. Imagine a scene where a good writer actually says "another black man" and has to work through that.

As a white man who knows better than to go into a black area as the moment there are more blacks than whites the blacks immediately start looking for any excuse to attack the whites and if the police show up nothing but lies from the blacks to protect other blacks.
Whites know better than to go to a "black park" the ones who don't get shot/beaten or if female gang raped and no news on the media about it happening.
Blacks very well might get an ugly look from a white person in a white area but whites can and will get murdered because of thier skin color if they go to a dominantly black area.
