Hi I am 51 years old,weight 77,height 175 cm. My goal is fat loss and strength.I have started exercising in gym. First month was great but now after 3 months when I increase intensity I am having muscle soreness which last up to 3 days also having frequent cold and cough body aches after gymming. I workout thrice a week with moderate intensity.Feeling weak now and body pain won't go.I reduced the intensity even though muscle soreness last for 3 days. I am on low carb and taking 3gms Creatinine per day. Also I am having good balance food. Please help on this Thanks
