I needed this. Thank you. It’s my first appointment tomorrow night, been putting it off for 8 years. Finally beginning to tell myself not to feel bad about it and what I’m doing is healthy.

I missed this before - I'm so glad it was helpful - I hope the therapy went okay / is going okay?

Thanks really taking the time to respond! I love your videos! In regards to your question, the therapy went/is going alright. By that I mean I think it's helping, but it doesn't exactly feel like that at the time, if that makes sense.

That makes perfect sense - it can often feel very hard but that can be when you’re making the most progress.. good luck.

Thank you for the tips! I'm only ten and life had to throw millions or curveballs at me at a very young age, my parents divorced when I was 4, I found out that I was in the LGBTQ+ community and I noticed that I had gender disforia, depression, anxiety, low self esteem, and all of that resulted into cutting. I understand why I need help but I dknt understand why somone else has to tell me it. I've stopped cutting, I couldn't stand hiding my arms anymore. But this really helped me and I am very grateful that you gave me this advice 😁✌❤🧡💛💚💙💜👋

Good luck Bella - it sounds like you've had a really tough time but I hope that life is being a little kinder to you - good luck with the self-harm. You might find this video helpful? th-cam.com/video/_0KsaFXqRtA/w-d-xo.html
