    Good one! I always fumble with patter when I’m looking through cards so I might use the old “count up for me, ace, two, three” etc with the spectator. Using that to try to divine their card via their voice.

    This trick is super - the second solution is by far the most magical because you appear to be not involved until they tell you their thought card. That is impressive. Thanks a bunch for sharing the 'top' secret. You can turn this trick into another version of ACAAN ! You start with the setup, a bunch of false shuffles, they choose a number, the pull out their card...and bla bla ...

    Another thing I suggest for making the double prediction is taking the top card placing it in your back pocket (make them sign the card so that they believe it's not a duplicate or anything) and the other prediction just leave it on top and now you're clean if it's the one in your pocket boom you take it out and if it's the top card you show them and the card in your pocket stays there forever just so that you can let them examine the deck and don't worry about that card faced up in the middle.

    • @AMillionCardTricks
      @AMillionCardTricks  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      That is definitely a way to do it! However I wouldn’t worry about the face up card in the middle. For example, if their card is the top card, let them take it and examine the card. They will be reacting and relaxed, use it as misdirection to pick up the deck and fix the reversed card. The trick is already over, so they won’t care what you’re doing. However your way is really nice too, because I do like the pocket idea!

      I would disagree about signing the card. This is a mind-reading trick, and the deck of cards is just a tool. If the card is signed and then located, the effect has become one of finding their physical card instead.

    • @chrisbaier6252

      Definitely multiple ways to finish. Could also put both cards face up, one in the top half and and in the bottom half and just spread out that half in the reveal. When they see their card they will forget that you didn’t spread the whole deck.

    If we make the spectator select a card by riffling through the deck and say stop somewhere, then we can just glance at the card next to there selection. If it's a red card their card will be black and if it's a black card theirs will be red.

I pulled out a random card in this case it was the King of Clubs and when I placed it randomly back into the deck it was right between 2 red cards! • @hanzelnuts8446
      @hanzelnuts8446 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      That fake full deck overhand shuffle on Shin Lim channel taught by E-Kat has a lot of limitation. If you have small hands, forget it. If your fingers are short, forget it. Why? Because it's very difficult to shove all of those cards between the remaining stack and the palm of your hand. If you look at her shuffles during the tutorial, it looks very unnatural. There are quite a few easier fake, full deck overhand shuffle out there on TH-cam.

    • @mohamadrezafarhadi1407

      @@hanzelnuts8446 I dunno I'm comfortablr with it

    • @hanzelnuts8446
      @hanzelnuts8446 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@mohamadrezafarhadi1407 That's fine. I like E-Kat and I am a subscriber of hers. I know of this false full deck shuffle long before seeing hers. The only difference of hers was the placement of the index finger being placed behind the stack. I don't think that's necessary to put it there. When you first watched her do the overhand shuffle without knowing it was a fake shuffle, does it look all that natural to you? And if you don't maintain some sort of speed, the spectators gonna see that big gap of cards behind the remaining stack. And mind your angles as well because they're going to see that gap.

    What if the spectator asks to examine the deck afterwards? 3/4 of the time ur left dirty with the face up card in the middle. I would have two pocket outs if you have two back pockets. Sorry, hope that didn’t sound critical. Love the idea though. It is genius. Best magic channel on youtube. Would love to see another magic review.

    • @AMillionCardTricks
      @AMillionCardTricks  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      If there is a card left face up in the middle, I’ll usually let the spectators examine their card while I take the deck back and casually fix the face up card, right after you can show them the deck and let them look if they want. However if this isn’t your style feel free to have the 2 outs be your pocket and the top card. This way you will end completely clean either way!
