I have definitely dropped the ball in trying to manually keep on top of these quarterly visit schedules and can't imagine how much business we've lost bc of that. Is House call pro easy to navigate and set up? Does it provide automatic reminders and scheduling?
Field Edge was a joke, didn’t even make it though the on boarding and we could see the writing on the wall- trying to get check out Razor Sync. Service Titian looks great but tough for a small business. For flat rate we’ve used Grow My HVAC for years been great 👍
Our company is rather large, we are about to take on Service titan in October, I’m excited about this because for the last couple years we have been on sucessware21 which is horrible
A good CRM, will change your whole business. I’m a one man show and can’t understand how I did without it.
Which one do you use? What is the biggest advantage to using it?
I use Housecall Pro, hard to compare but it allows me to take care of paperwork remotely.

@@makanahapakuka3485 Yes It can set up reminders and help with scheduling. It is a learning curve like anything else but it is well worth it.
I would love to hear more on this topic with various business owners in this stage of their business as I am in a similar situation.

What’s so bad about successware?
Equipment access definitely can affect jobs by hours
p3 hvac software is the best, ten times better than service titan and its made just for hvac
